The walk and the embrace, nice lesson! I was watching the hand exercise, but suddenly thinking, how can I train this with my feet? (I have never crushed anyone's dainty fingers, but to my greatest embarrassment, I have stepped on my follower's toes.) The hand exercise seems good for the embrace, but for projection too simple: There goes my hand -so now you find it. The two are actually looking, hands are easy to see. But the tango walk is completely blind, nobody should ever watch the feet. And as a blind leader I am called to do two things at the same time.: 1st to initiate, project, lead the movement. Am I communicating clearly? 2nd to be very aware of how and where my follower in placing her axis and her feet. Is she actually doing what I am telling her to do? A 3rd element is playing with the rhythm, we are dancing variations, not marching army style. But I would need a drill! Can you come up with exercises for that? Something a man can repeat over and over until it really becomes second nature, preferably without tiring his partner? Any ideas? (Well, now I am checking your earlier video How To Walk Elegantly In the Tango Close Embrace, I really like your posts!)

in many cities now, I've noticed videos from Houston and Boston..the dancers have no rhonda..they are spot dancing ...no walking at all...what a shame to lose that important part of the dance.
