Hearty Potato Paprika Stew with Cabanossi Sausages (Recipe) || [ENG SUBS]

How to cook a simple & easy Potato Paprika Stew with Cabanossi Sausages.
For the recipe we need the following ingredients:
Ingredients for 4 servings:
•750 grams primarily waxy potatoes
•4 cabanossi sausages
•3 bell pepeprs (red, yellow & green)
•400 milliliters veggie stock + a bit more water if necessary
•100 grams bacon
•1 can chopped tomatoes
•1 large onion
•2 - 3 cloves garlic
•A teaspoon each of oregano, thyme, sweet paprika & spicy paprika
•Salt, pepper & sugar
•Oil for frying
•Parsley for garnish
•Sour cream or creme fraiche for serving
