Ebroin is definitely top tier. You all can look up won-hui Lee and kostas kotseas. No UA-cam channels, but also top modellers. Won hui Lee has a high level of mastery with dioramas, and kostas has amazing water effects.
Watching you work on the details easily make me forget about all my frustrations when I am building my own models. More details and hard work all turns into fun and wonders by you. Thanks again for all your great build.
I wish I could have this camo for my Tirp in WOWS. After watching the playlist I went from wanting to buy a kit and go all in to just sitting back and seeing how you constantly problem solve your way to a beautiful ship.
Extraordinario, no deja de maravillarme tu nivel de habilidad, increíble, notable. Felicitaciones, es un deleite ver el trabajo de alguien tan talentoso, y lo más importante con un resultado magnífico.
Hey Ebroin, would you mind making a tutorial series on tips and tricks in. Modeling? It's very inspiring seeing what you can build and it would be cool to have a dedicated series from the basics, to the advanced stuff you do. I mean i already learn a lot from your videos, but a dedicated guide on how to use Magic sculpt would be amazing for example. Or even one about the basic equipment you use or recommend (and perhaps how you organize your workbench whilest being at that) Idk if that's possible for you to do in terms of time investment, but i would assume a lot of people would be thankful about that. You're one of the most skilled modelers I've seen and I personally would love to learn more.
One more thing: Why haven't the Magic Sculpt people sponsored you? I can't imagine there's a better example of what can be done with that clay than your masterpieces!
First off, you make us wait too long. Secondly, awesome and inspiring as usual, you are a madman. Lastly.... I've been curious.... What happened to your thumb? Your scar.... I noticed it early on, can't resist asking.. .. Do tell!
This must be the most perfect scale model on earth. Do you ever mess up and have to redo parts of your build like us mortals? Or are you a modelling god? ;)
@@EbroinSong No worries, I learn so much from your videos, esp about post shading and paint effects, my own scale models are ten times better now, like 5% as good as yours, which I am very proud of. I even tried some sculpting after watching you sculpting figures. I used fimo polymer clay and silicone tools, it went really well. About 1% as good as yours. Thanks for your amazing content.
Very nice job! This build is a good inspiration and tips for my Admiral Hipper build. Now, to my understanding, the red turrets were only used in the Baltic prior when Tirpitz got the fjord camouflage? The red turrets would have stood out quite well in that landscape?
I love the way you never accept less than "correct" and will do things again if you don't like it - it's inspirational! I have been wrestling with a horrible kit for weeks (1:58 Glencoe DH-112 Venom) and you have inspired me to go back and correct all of the incorrect details and get them right. Patience!! I started to use Magic Sculpt because I have been so impressed with what you do with it and I have 2 questions, if you wouldn't mind sharing your expertise: 1. Your magic sculpt is less sticky and more waxy than mine - do you leave it to go off for a while before you use it? 2. You use polished toothpicks for the sculpting - how do you polish them, because mine just get sticky? Thank you in advance and I cannot wait to see parts 17-30! :)

I have a question, whenever you are building something like a turret and you need to build six, when you finish one, do you look at the turrest you need to build and then sigh, thats what I do
Damn, I love your work. I love how you sculpt things with such an ease. Like, yeah, a 5 mm wide blast bag for a model gun, no problem :D Also, I have a question. How would you scuplt a helmet? Standard US M1 helmet used in WWII. But, as a separate unit. I have found a photo of my countryman serving in US army. On the photo, he has his helmet in his hand. And I thought to myself, how hard could it be, right? It took me two days to figure it out and make aceptable helmet. I am curious how a pro would do it. I am using Super Sculpey, just fyi.
I would harden a hemisphere shape of Magic Sculpt and make right shape by sanding. That is what I normally do when I am making a helmet. Thank you for the comment!
@@EbroinSong Yes, that was my first solution. But, I needed the helmet do be hollow. He is holding helmet in his hand, insides facing the observer. I tried hollowing it out, but I guess I do not have correct tools for that.
Electric drill handpiece would be my first choice, but if there is no electric drill, I would drill inside with drill bit and carve inside with my scalpel # 15 blade.

First... this is not a criticism at all. You are amazing and I could only dream of being on this level. I look at my 1/350 USS New Jersey and apologize to it after every video you post on this project. This is more of a question. Did you do any math for the scale of those rivets? The seem a bit large to me. I could be wrong and I think it looks great aesthetically. Just curious since I've never seen a build with such detail and I know whenever I've tried to scratch build I usually mess up the scale.
you know about small details and you don't know that the 380, 150 and 105 towers are completely inconsistent with the original, I bought it from Model Monkey or you can take it from Trumpeter.
