Finally, we're getting the real national treasures on.
Didn't they have Timmy Mallet on the other week?
I want Russ Abbot.
Totally 💚🤘😉
My kids loved the Chuckle Brothers. Great entertainment. RIP Barry.
Legends 🤘
Are they not sexually dodgy
@@colinmcclymont are you on the register?
love chuckle brothers
Every year I recommended the chuckle brothers to get knighted. Nothing happened of it. It's about time Paul was, and Barry was posthumously.
It would be a bit tricky for Barry, since a knight stops being a knight when they die so a posthumous knighthood is pointless.
@@SpeccyMan Didn't know that. Sorry.
The chuckle brothers don’t need knighthoods, when you look at the corrupt people that get them. They have the love of the British public that loved them. That is more the reward , you can’t buy that.
What an absolute legend
You stole the words out of my mouth...spot on 👍
if you don't know him.

I'm glad a few entertainers from back then aren't predators.
loved em, bless the pair of them.
Great interview. I loved the chuckle brothers growing up. And every time I’m carrying something with someone. I always say the to me to you catchphrase 😂
"Silly me. Silly you" :D
"And remember no slacking"
@@EthanKnight97Paul: “I need some mountings.” Barry: “Pyrenees?” Paul: “No thanks I’ve got a pair!”
I watched so many different shows and films in my childhood and growing up (born 1996) but chucklevision is one of the only very few that I have actually gone out of my way to seek out to watch again. It was just so enjoyable, lovable and entertaining! And now as an adult I can appreciate it fully because I can understand absolutely every little thing, every little eccentricity. They truly did create something that was one of a kind! I miss it! And I miss Barry. He was my favourite, and I know Paul will be hurting so much. I have a brother but our relationship is nonexistent. But he’s still going! A true working class superstar! 👏🏻❤️
@@YorkshiremanReacts26 rekindle your relationship with your brother: from him...to you....and vice versa
The Brothers Chuckle. Legends!
Saw them in Scarborough, the children's laughter was drowned out by the adults.
Thank you Paul and Barry for making my childhood so funny. British comedic legends
Down to earth, never forgot his roots. Top man.
I always enjoyed the Chuckle Brothers!
This is the combo I didn't know I needed!
Not as good as Ian and Myra featuring in Throbbing Gristle’s Very Friendly.
I loved Chucklevision, watched it every day it was on and I was in my early 20s at the time. It is a rare gift to be able to make kids and grown ups laugh at the same time.
A real inspiration.
❤ Paul ,Nigel
He’s looking good for his age
I watched them when I was a child & love it
Bless him lovely chap
From me to you x lots of love x
the chuckle brothers were massive in Japan!!
Cos they thought they were Mario bros maybe
The duo that britain didn't know it needed 😀
So not Boris and Carrie?
Born 1998 here - chucklebrothers was my favourite to watch as a kid!
1994 same boat
To you, to me, to you, to me
its now, to you, to you to you, funny guy's
@@jesselepooh It's now to you, nothing to see move on.
class
Great career and story, thanks.
I love him I do miss his brother though.
Do you? How often do you think of him.
The only kids T.V stars that didn't seem to subscribe to the elitism of T.V! They are salt of the earth old school British entertainment.
Rip Barry!
Chuckle Chucklevision
Ch' Chucklevision 🎵🎵🎵
Rotherhams finest ! Absolute legend !
Old school......the best school !
Fab paul and barry what a show loved chucklevision times were better for kids who acted like kids. These are good individuals and lovely that they were brothers who cared for each others.
Saw them in Birmingham years ago with my son - great show and proper gents afterwards signing and having photos
87 is he now? And still going strong!
75
Paul is the GOAT, Barry is sadly missed.
He means an awful lot to so many. Aswell as his wonderful brother Barry. I really loved them as a child. My father who was middle aged when they were in their prime, loved them aswell. It just showed how much they appealed to such a variety of age groups. They were very special. Thank you Paul and Barry my beautiful friends. The best of the best😍😍
What a great bloke bless him
Top northerner salt of the earth that man
Paul Chuckle would make a great PM.
Lovey bloke. Chucklevision had me in stitches as a kid. When my daughters are a bit older I am going to get the DVDs for them.
What a nice guy
The Chuckle Brothers were my childhood! I used to love watching them on TV after school.
my kids got him to do a cameo video of fathers day (2 yrs ago) and i still watch the video today... he brings a smile to my face. He should be knoghted for his services to humanity
I remember the Chuckles walking into the DIY shop when they'd just knocked a big hole in a wall- they ask for a patch of wallpaper. The shop keeper tells them he only sells rolls. Barry of course says "Ohhh...I'll have Ham, he'll have cheese and tomato !" 😅 Chucklevision Gold
He is busy constantly because he was always taught no slacking!
The Chuckle Brothers, and other legends like Brian Cant & his gang, and the long line of Jackanory presenters, distracted my younger siblings long enough to give me some peace - so thank you all the children's tv Legends !
Ah, Brian Cant, along with Tony Hart - true gentlemen!
The reason he doesn't want to retire is because he believes in NO SLACKING!
🎵Chuckle Chuckle vision chu Chuckle vision. 🎵 man, what a simple time that was.
I loved them. My kids loved them.
Then art attack
The chuckles are awsome seen em a few times best ever adaa daa to me to you
Chucklevision episode in which Paul and Barry are stowaways on a pirate ship.
Paul: We'd better get below, otherwise we'll get grabbed by the coxswain.
Barry: Ooh, I can think of nothing worse.
The filth we watched as kids eh?
Last year I paid him on cameo for a vid for my gf it was awesome he's a legend
Absolute legend ❤❤❤❤
I've seen Paul in my local Asda and we had a nice chat. Really nice bloke.
2 Legends having drinks.
Sad about Barry. Best of British
Love you Paul 🥹🤗🫂
"The first words I learned were "Who threw that?" "
Brilliant 😂
I’m 37 and grew up watching the chuckle brothers and saw them in theatre once, they truly are comedy legends. It’s so heartbreaking to see him on his and understandably you can see how he misses his brother so much. He also lost his other brother Mr No Slacking, so he has been through very tough time. I just really hope he can carry on as best and happy as he can be
Top bloke
Every time I think of Barry's courage to carry on tho he was very ill was absolutely amazing and brought tears to my eyes tho we didn't know anything about his illness until after he died Paul is so amazing to carry on without barry and barry would be so proud of him well done Paul you deserve a honor just for what you are doing x😢❤
I’ve seen it all.
Paul is a national treasure
My childhood was chuckle vision, I met Paul and Barry twice and got their autograph twice when I was a kid
Nigel laughs more than your typical lefty. They always seem full of doom and gloom.
I don't think you could describe Nigel Farage as a leftie!
Ledg
Chucklevision was a great show
My favourite is paul catching DA DA DA DA DA
0:29 Barry actually looks like Flavor Flav from Public Enemy.
What a guy!!
How appropriate for Farage to be joining up with a chuckle brother.
And no one was laughing….apart from him!
Kids nowadays could never have the chuckle brothers. Society is far 2 woke
we now need a nigel farage x tinchy stryder collab of the century
Chuckle for PM
To me too you
Too me.........too you..........too me........too you.
Too you too me too you😂
Oh dear oh dear!
Remember Freshers Weeks 2017 at uni, the best event of the week had to be the Chuckle Brothers DJing
RIP Barry
For those wondering how low political debate in this country could go, here’s your answer.
This isn't a political debate, he's just talking to Paul Chuckle about his career.
Here's a joke Nigel Farage enters a down at heel bar for the first time. Despite this the barman recognises Farage and shouts Your usual pint Nigel?
Yes barman there's no cameras around? No Nigel what pint do you want? Nigel replies "Before you serve me could you inform me of the vintage and which chateau is it from?
What’s a down at heel bar?
The biggest comedians in the UK are the government... The only thing is they're not funny 🤪
To me, to you.
That's Britain's immigration policy
2 jokers.
Criminal that this man hasn't received an honour of some sort for his decades of hard work as a children's entertainer. I guess an honest, working class lad from Rotherham isn't the right fit for a knightood eh?
Jimmy Savile was a working class guy from just up the road who managed to get one
I grew up watching these two i was actually quite sad when barry died
Talking pish this should be called
T'me! T'you! Substantial intellectual fare to edify and enlighten the English people.
Beats Russell Howard anyday!
Roger de courcey and nookie bear next week
Oh not Paul chuckle
If there’s going to be a trend of classic comedians coming on, perhaps john cleese too?
To me
To you... There, someone said it!
anybody over 70 dont give a flying feck about pc
remeber you all loved jimmy saville as a kid as well 😂
this weird idolising of people you dont know is a strange thing
Would never have believed he was a right winger.
He enjoys life and likes a laugh so hardly likely to be a leftist now is he? 😏...
Rather be a right winger than a Leftie who sucks the joy and atmosphere out of a room. Lefties are so miserable!
@@MarcoNegrisEye how many right wing comedians do you know of? Most comedians are left leaning.
He probably isn't. He's just doing a show. You can talk to someone you don't politically agree with
@@Anonymous56657 don't even know why I started this because it's a waste of both our efforts 😂 particularly when I personally couldn't give a monkeys hole about left/right bollocks. Why? Because they're. ALL. THE. BLOODY. SAME! ✌🏻
Way to add credibility to the show…
Nigel Farage and The Chuckle Brother. This is a news channel....right?
Nigel, you really are scraping the barrel here with this non entity. Is that really tbe best you can do....a Nobody
Yes…it really is the best he can do!
Man I miss the days when Rotherham was mainly known for the Chuckle Brothers...
Timmy.mallet next week
I think Geoffrey from Rainbow might be free aswell. Might aswell get one of the heavyweights in, and Farage is a lot like Zippy, so it would work well.
