Rukia was originally gonna be the main character and she was gonna have a scythe similar to Dark Rukia. It would have been interesting to see Dark Rukia in the actual series.
Let's be real here; If Urahara wanted to visit soul society then he would visit soul society. He probably has done tens of times without anyone's knowledge. Wouldn't surprise me if he still had a secret lab or something hidden there.

After much thought, I've come to realize that this may be my favorite Bleach movie. It reminds me of Avengers Endgame in that this wasn't just a well written plot, this film was a celebration of Bleach's past, what it is, what it means, and how far it has come. These flashbacks weren't just fanservice, they were important to the story. How the final confrontation ended with Ichigo sharing his power with Rukia just as she did with him when they first met maybe the most genius way to end a climax I have ever seen. It brings their relationship full circle and I love it. Seriously, it saddens me that none of these movies are canon. Especially this one in particular. It feels like it belongs here and that's why I like it so much. Also, I just so happen to really like Rukia as a character so having a movie centered around her was like a dream to me. Just a fantastic film that needs all the love it deserves.

U want context and detail on everything but it's one of those things that doesn't really matter. At Least in my opinion. But I respect urs
Yes it explain why Urahara can enter... but don't explain why someone as hardheaded as Genryuusai didn't order his capture... or tried to kill him on sight... Since the first victim of the incident was Mayuri, I could dare to believe that Urahara was the perpetrator for the whole incident! There's the enemy mine situation but it still is a little convoluted believing in the guy that "supposedly"[1] hollowfied some captains... killed some other shinigami and disappeared for a hundred odd years... *Movie logic:* by all means in this particular timeline "Turn back the pendulum" never happened and Urahara is just enjoying his retirement in Karakura-chou... If something the thing that annoys me the most in Bleach as a whole is the Rukongai situation... You know if I was dead and didn't got captured to hell cause my soul is relatively on the clear, and justifiably received the konsou ritual... I was hoping to spend my afterlife in a better place... Not only the place is a slum, hollows can still appear there from time to time... And don't come saying that all I need to do is awaken some powerful reiatsu to move inside the walls of Soul Society... cause we know that there are a lot of sh*t nobles inside that don't know the basic means of the spiritual arts! And the shinigami obey them for no reason! Worst afterlife ever! Aizen-sama was right all along! Well this all comes from an ignorant that is still to read the sequel novels... Maybe someone bothered to explain something there... but I sincerelly would love to know how the world building in Bleach works... Até mais ver mr. Poneis [1] As spoilers seem to go (We are all Bleach widowers here right?) I know that it was all part of Chair-sama master plan... but to what I know Urahara was only officially pardoned after Aizen's capture...
Urahara has always been able to go to soul society, he's like a pardoned criminal there due to aizen, but it's mostly the central 46 that had issues with him remaining. The captains didnt really mind him especially after aizen revealed himself to be behind everything. Movie wise I assume he came because he generally wanted to help soul society and they were just like "eh fuck it, let him"
The one thing that bothers me is how they disregard the manga continuity regarding Renji & Rukia. We know that the two of them have been together for years, so why wouldn’t Renji know about the siblings considering he and Rukia had been by each others sides for basically their entire lives.
I mean Rukia was already matured back then. What if all the friends started living seperately after growing up? But still, the way he is attached to her, he should have know about the kids
@@michaermyels4490 Because it was from very long ago and Renji is described by having bad memories. Not specifically by the manga, but other bleach material wrote by Kubo.
Answer can be found within the movie story. On the premises of the sentence "All memories are connected", if Rukia who was much more strongly tied to the children had a hard time remembering them, Renji who had forgotten about Rukia would have an even harder time remembering them. Renji may even never had come to contact with the children and just heard about them from Rukia, making the memories of them even more shallow. It's not like they would always be together each day all day (especially in the span of hundred of years), so she might just have met the children and decide to take care of them some day/afternoon whatever then come back to where she was living with Renji and co. Anyway who knows after all that bit of story wasn't written, but it doesn't dismiss the bit about memories being tied that was explained in the movie.
I don’t understand how some people say this movie was a Rukia Ichigo ship fanfic. I’ve heard that more then once. This movie had 0 romantic elements in it. The only thing I can even think of is when Urahara and Renji asked Ichigo what Rukia meant to him and Ichigo kinda got flustered before answering.
Hardcore shippers see this film as the IchiRuki movie. I somewhat agree. But I dont see it as a romantic film or pushing the two as a couple. Rather its about Rukia, about her impact on Ichigo, and their bond as partners. You don’t have Bleach without Ichigo AND Rukia. Fade to Black is a great examination of their bond and how much the series - no matter how far it went - at its core began with those two.
@@teleofunctionality9246 @Ocæn Sön @DBZimran Probably a sealed zanpakutou "apparently" without a master causing mayhem in Karakura-chou... it went rogue and sliced Ichigo since he went to help and cest voilá... The problem is that if he helps he solves everything as always! There's even the chance that he could capture Aizen while at it, damaging all the timeline in the process... It would be a mess to tie everything together in a single movie... Or we can try to make everything more of a disaster! He can even stop Yhwach because... why not!? It would be great if after it he could travel to other timelines while at it... meeting his parents during the white incident or even having the chance of saving his mother and creating a new timeline[1]!... Of course the Soul Society would be against it and send people after him to intervene... because reasons... and then we have the master plot twist: it was an Ichigo way in the future that abandoned Zangetsu and used Ouetsu techniques and forged the time travel Zanpakutou and became a villain[2]! And the hardest part to write would be 1 - Soul Society would be right for the first time in trying to stop Ichigo! 2 - Probably Ichigo would have to make the cruelest decision since stoping his future self means forsaking his mother[3]... 3 - I feel this is a rehash of something that happened in an Avengers movie recently... If something this makes as little sense as possible... but so does all the other Bleach Movies (Ymmv)... Maybe some actual input from Kubo-sensei could help improving it... Até mais ver mr. Poneis [1] And let's remember that capturing Aizen during the events of Turn back the pendulum means that the white incident wouldn't happen and this could affect the chances of Kurosaki Masaki and Shiba Isshin ever meeting each other... and stopping Yhwach means no Auswallen giving her better chances against Grand Fisher... [1.1] Aand if someone is bothering reading it... Why Masaki lost her powers and Ichigo didn't? At first her quincy blood wasn't pure making her suceptible to the Auswallen... but Ichigo was ok? If we enter in the merit that Ichigo still had shinigami powers from Isshin side... wouldn't it protect Masaki too since he received some of these powers same during the white incident? [2] And well if you need a motive to make Ichigo a villain... We can always blame the Soul King... Maybe he died and the Soul Society tried to make future!Ichigo a new one... and future!Orihime or future!Kazuki got lethaly injured in the confusion... and he went mad from the shock... Better! they could have tried to make future!Kazuki the new Soul King... and future!Ichigo failed protecting him... and went mad from the shock... [3] Maybe we could have a scene where she recover her Quincy powers from nowhere goes full Letzt Stil on hollow future!Ichigo because "she didn't create a son that would make this kind of mischief"... only to be without powers when she meets Grand Fisher again... In the end future!Ichigo survives and learns that changing the past is bullsh*t and goes ballistic against future!Soul Society anyways... but you better believe he definitely saves his son! [4] Another idea... future!Orihime could be a villain too... and she can conjure a mini-Ulquiorra from the Shun shun Rikka... since going bad could disturb her Reiatsu triggering her time turning powers and reconstructing him from a single spec of dust that got absorved by her hairpins... and the same power could be manipulated by future!Ichigo creating his time travel zanpakutou...
The dark rukia look was awesome and.... kinda hot. Personally the siblings would’ve probably worked better if they were like fullbringers that were turned into hollows or something. Maybe that would’ve made them more interesting. Can’t wait for the review for the hell verse movie, it’s my favorite one alongside the first movie.
@@chrishansen1842 no way a guy named Chris Hansen just made a big time rush reference in the comments of a bleach movie analysis. I don’t think this could get more niche
This movie got me into BLEACH. I saw the trailer back in 2008 when I was a little kid and thought Dark Rukia was the hottest thing ever lol. My biggest wish would be that Dark Rukia got more screen time or she transformed earlier in the movie, or she was somehow canon and appeared in the series. She has the sickest design out of the Bleach characters in my opinion.
Ichigo remembers Rukia quicker because they are directly linked, due to her pouring her own spirit energy into Ichigo, I'm pretty sure the movie explained this?
That power was COMPLETELY destroyed by Byakuya tho, leaving no trace. Ichigo pretty much rebooted his soul with his own power with Urahara's help. Another stupid aspect of the movie as Ichigo's 'link' with Rukia was nonexistent.
@@Elzzaw yes, it was, he became a plus with a chain in his chest as he had no reiatsu nor soul reaper powers. His fight with Ururu got him his reiatsu back then Kisuke initiated the encroachment process where he attained his own power. His hakusui and saketsu were destroyed by Byakuya.
I just rewatched this movie yesterday. I remember seeing clips and trailers for it during while wayching the anime and thought the premise was very cool. Seeing an ichigo with history and growth with other characters, suddenly be forgotten really really helped put a spin on the interactions that would reoccur as a result. This remains my favorite bleach movie
I love the live action movie. It was a pretty neat adaptation and kinda makes more sense to me about Ichigo wanting to help Rukia and the story getting more and more personal. Also I loved the training montages. You can see Kubo was involved.
@@M3rtyville tbh I didn't like the way it handled the story, I think it tries to cover too much ground, and Renji feels like a completely different chracter. Would much rather have them do the story up until the Gillian showing up, and then leave the rest for another movie.
Once again Kon gets screwed over. He saved the day & ultimately all of Soul Society by remembering Rukia & at the end of the film they literally forgot about him.... Wtf?
This movie is especially hype for making Urahara and Kenpachi look real cool in it. 08:47 Kenpachi's reiatsu just shooting to the sky and clearing the storm clouds is just iconic.
13:46 Urahara actually explains it after he saves them from the Gotei 13. Ichigo’s powers originated from Rukia’s and therefore that connection allowed him to remember faster than others.
I always thought that Urahara became captain again because Mayuri got cut so they lost memory of him, so they(writers) went back for the previous captain to replace him
My question, albeit a small one, think about Ukitake for a minute. I know he's not a central character in the film, but... Rukia killed Kaien. What? Does his memory shift to _him_ having killed Kaien instead? Did Kaien just drop dead of his own accord? Or would there be a disparaty? Would he have vivid memories of killing Kaien, yet equally vivid memories of watching his Lieutenant die slumped against an unnamed subordinate's blade? Imagine that dissonance but for every other character too. And it would've been a fascinating concept to explore. But alas.
It’s funny, I always forget the details and happenings of this movie. Then I’ll watch it again, remember I love it, and get really emotional at the end. Unintentionally immersive Bleach movie/10
"Urahara out of nowhere". Urahara has someone's name on his customer list that he doesn't remember and Mayuri suddenly went psycho amnesia during the same time. I'm pretty sure he naturally put two and two together and goes CSI like he usually would
I like Hellverse for it's Vasto Lorde Ichigo scenes, but this is by far my Favorite Bleach movie! The constant call backs to character growth and how essential certain characters are to the series as a whole.
Actually the Urahara being in the Soul Society in this movie actually does make sense, since Mayuri's memories were erased, that means even the memories of Urahara being exiled from the soul Society were erased to, then again I could be wrong cause this is the only movie I haven't watched.
Funny enough, I watched Fade to Black not too long ago. Because I remember all 3 of the other Bleach movies for how awesome the story, exploring more world building/history to places like the Soul Society/world of the living, and the characters. I didn't remember much of the third movie for some reason, so I got to see it again and it is definitely my second favorite Bleach movie out of the rest (Hellverse being my all time favorite Bleach movie). Fade to Black was able to explore more of the place Rukia is born in, had proper pacing that took it's time with knowing the tragic past of Rukia and the siblings, reasonable explanation from how Ichigo's powers that is connected to Rukia that was able to help not only have Ichigo not forget so easily, but is also able to locate Rukia from the ribbon connection (I love little details like that being used to keep the movie going with consistently, just makes it more amazing to experience). On top of that, Ichigo's fond memories and knowledge on others did help made some curious to how Ichigo knows other in the Soul Society and it's history. With Ichigo being the voice of reason, while not being reckless to find Rukia, but instead find connections on history of Rukia's brothers's past on where she died at really showed proper pacing. That's the thing that makes me respect Ichigo's maturity, to think things out before taking action and for him having a clear understanding towards anyone he's met. Which did help him free Rukia in a clever way on how he was able to obtain some power's from Rukia in the beginning of Bleach. Lastly, I do love the explanation on how Rukia losing memories would have everyone forgot about her and history involving her, all because of that little hollow. However, that doesn't mean that stuff that Rukia has done in some places hasn't disappeared. I really like this movie for adding in context to the whole memory erasing premise that avoids becoming a trope, even though this movie isn't perfect, it's able to do a great job handling that well (Trust me, a lot of people don't like the memory disappearing/erasing trope and would just automatically dismiss it has a bad idea to be put in any series. Which honestly, while I do see where others are coming from, I do find that trope to be overhated). Just because something have a cliche or a trope, that doesn't automatically mean it's a bad thing. Excatuion (Sorry if I misspelled that, auto correction is being difficult with me. Lol) and proper context does matter. Anyway, excellent job on reviewing Bleach: Fade to Black and talking about some stuff in the movie I never thought of, I'm glad I'm not the only one that likes that movie. If others don't like it, I respect their honesty. Whether they like this or not. Can't wait to see your review of Bleach: Hellverse soon. Keep on being awesome and stay safe. : 3
1. Ichigo remembers because rukia was the reason for ichigo being alive, a shinigami and with Kon. A personality of ihcigo that value's friendship and camaraderie. 2. Well, Renji is rukia's out-of-nowhere-but-reasonable BF and seems to be a foreshadowing of their relationship on the future. 3. Byakuya can't remember because his attitude was to focus values and order first than emotions which is also a personality of byakuya's that he would even give-up rukia for the sake of gotei 13's law. 4.. Urahara just enters the scene as he was also responsible for mayuri's fault. His personality will always find a reasoning for the small details and is able to theorize correctly. 5. Mayuri as a scientist would always preserve his memories in a daily basis because in an event where he would need his "liquid form", he can recover his body and also the details in a jumbled memory which is btw stays in your old functioning body. 6. Rukia remembers her forgotten memories as she, normally a top student on the shinigami, would always find the small details
I'd like to point out also.. maybe Ichigo was just that strong enough to counter the hollow abilities with sheer spiritual pressure from his hollow and quincy blood. yeah. usual ichigo plot armor.
I think this movie is the best bleach movie. Scythe rukia is best rukia, and I wouldn’t have been sad if they’d have incorporated the scythe into a new shikai in tybw as an homage to this movie with more icy colors. Solid 7/10. In the idea of anime movies that might as well be the same as 10/10
You know I have to wonder, do you think the captains were wondering where Aizen went for a few days? For that matter, do you think the memory loss affects Aizen, Tousen, and Gin? Like one day they wake up and Aizen completely forgot why he had a complete Hogyoku and why he's in Huecco mundo. I know I'm overthinking this, but just a couple of thoughts. Also, as for Kisuke, I mean he runs a shop that is frequented by Shinigami in the human world, and I'm pretty sure a few Shinigami besides Mayuri knew of Kisuke before he was accused. Yeah, I'm definitely overthinking it.
@@raht9578 because it is a shonen movie, does it have to be bad?that is no excuse,if your going to make a movie make it right and properly, not some half assed shit like this, its a disgrace to the bleach franchise
@@LeoArmada I would agree with you completely, but I also consider that whether a film makes sense to someone _often_ depends on their perception. I'm not claiming that the film didn't make sense to you because you simply did not understand but I am saying that things like that happens; and that's ok!! I'm sure the film makers could have made things more clear. Kubo may not have made things easier (Kubo did seem to have that tendency to make things vague in Bleach, like the concept and details of how Soul Society works).
The thing that gets me about these movies is that. You have a villian that can successfully slash shinigami captains with a scythe. But its a memory scythe. As opposed to one that actually cuts flesh. So if those characters had an actual weapon those shinigami (Mayuri or Rukia) would be decapitated. But yeah we just ignore that…
I noticed that as the manga progressed it became harder and harder to keep the human world involved in the story, thus the human characters loosing importance, the fullering arcs sort of an attempt to go back to those roots.
i figured sandal hat was there because with all memory of rukia removed, her involvement with the hogyoku plot would have been changed 'somehow'. not remembering where the hogokyu is would disrupt a lot of what was goin on.
Renji's zanpakuto spirit literally berates him for forgetting to use bankai and fighting ichigo that's his literal soul. It is shown that if someone has written evidence of a person they forgot that person will be remembered you even remark on how kiskue explained he had a log which is why he remembered everything. It's most likely that ichigo's deep connection with rukia plus his hollow side are why he remembered her much faster. Uruhara gave evidence as to why his theory was correct even proving how everyone remembered myuri despite him getting attacked. They were legit sad lonely kids trying to stay with the only person they care about why would they need to be threatening?
I feel there was a huge continuity mistake in how the Gotei 13 perceived everything that happened with Aizen and his betrayal, Rukia and Ichigo were at the center of the whole thing (since they were all part of Aizen’s plan) so in that period of not knowing who Ichigo and Rukia are, how did anyone even comprend the lack of three captains? If Ichigo mentions Aizen to any of the captains, what would they end up thinking? It’s very unclear.
Straight up one of the best movies I had seen from at least bleach. I'm not into nostalgia pandering but as you said it doesn't feel forced into the plot and in some points makes it better. I think the main reason I like this is *because* of ichigo's and rukia's relationship. The one problem I had was the siblings mainly the female siblings even if they are kids doesn't mean they have to be unbearable.
So personally I really truly enjoyed this movie and its believable to me that Urahara would do everything he did, person he can't remember two to be far one with a considerable amount of spirit pressure who went to see as well. Also with his own ability to look over the soul society probably noticed something amiss. And no offense to Mayuri but breaking into his lab as Urahara who had it before while also have connections there is ways too simple. Also I don't see as much of SS arc yes the captains are confused and such, but the clear return of both youruichi and Urahara helps convince everyone to maybe relax on the situation. Also this whole issue no offense to Urahara is his fault for not destroying the parasite lol and the parasite going where it remembers last being which causes Mayuri to get cut and induce a form of memory loss. Also Ichigo remembers because of how everything in his career as a soul reaper can't be without rukia the connection is much harder to rip away, Kon fighting his first hollows getting powers and such and it's hard to replace her with a different being to make the memories seem less or close to it. Byakuya could have a seemless memory just off glancing and thinking about his with wife rather than Rukia. Now as for Renji that's just bad writing in my eyes a real hole in the plot. I thought the twins were easy to get along with as characters to feel bad for I wish we had shown the shinigami basically costing them there lives with us seeing the hollow so it could be a twist and so we would have had more reason to understand, wish they had split the dialogue abit more so the brother would have more lines that didn't just feel like disarming or calming his sister maybe we wouldn't have needed so many if he spoke more in general. But for an anime movie that has nothing to do with canon pretty pretty good
I think it was the best Bleach movie. Yeah Rukia is my favorite character. But besides that. For me this barely beats Hell Verse. For three simple reasons. For the movies are FtB than HV than MoN- the DDR 1- It was Bleach like. Bleach was weird when it came to characters. Ichigo and his friends at times were not the focus, giving secondary characters or "main secondary characters, that are sort of main". A chance to shine. That and it felt like it was canon. Unlike Diamond Dust where Shunsui was taken out too easily. 2- You pretty much covered it, it did deal with the bound of Ichigo and Rukia very well. I think well risky, they played it right with the memories. Even if it was sort of a asspull. It didn't work as well in MoN but here it sort of worked. As Bleach was always more focused on "heart" 3- Well Hell Verse is good and answered some questions. It felt like they pulled out of nowhere. It just didn't feel really Bleach like. Bleach was well known for ignoring Ichigo, Renji, Rukia, Orihime, Ishida and Chad. I think at one time, there was like 30+ chapters (almost a full year) without them doing much in the manga (at the time of this movie) As for the Urahara thing. Yeah that did feel a bit much, but the manga I think was nearing Ichigo vs Ulquiorra. So one it capitalized TBtP arc. You really can't place it in the Bleach timeline, because how the Fake Karkura Town arc ended. But I am thinking After the Soul Society Arc, thanks to Yoruichi I'm sure Urahara's claims during TBtP were seriously looked in. Central 46 was gone and Yamamoto might have forgiven him well they established a new one. Yeah the things Ichigo and Rukia did to unite were lost, but Rukia/Ichigo really had no ties to Aizen betrayal. (If so it was a bit fuzzy). Yamamoto did order him to let the captains into Hueco Mundo. So there was an established link. I wouldn't say full trust was there, but enough where they knew Urahara wouldn't lie. But I think the biggest thing was, they relied on Urahara to "be brains" of the movie as Mayuri was out of commission.
Honestly I think fade to black was the best of the four movies. Some of the points that you brought up I did t even notice. Especially the Urahara and his outfit change. Also Rukia is best girl so I’m a little biased
From the sound of it, Rukia actually played so much larger of a role in the story in terms of characters and what not than I thought. I always just wrote her off the entire SS arc as being locked away and a useless character.
as far as the memory loss is concerned. we only know of the one mod soul as the mod souls from the bount arc don't seem to be around at this time. but perhaps due to a property of how mod souls makes them immune to the memory wipe effect. from what we know of kon is sort of the last mod soul. i say sort of due to the nozomi arc/bount arc being of debatable canon/occuring after fade to black. ichigo is stated to have remembered so easily due to having gained his powers initially from rukia. though the film is a good spectacle the biggest issues are in some of the smaller lore details. though i think the films should aim for more of the interesting character interactions.
Memories of nobody felt it should have been a miny arc. Diamond dust rebellion felt a little forgettable and this movie was fairly enjoyable but they did better with the siblings.

[1] As spoilers seem to go (We are all Bleach widowers here right?) I know that it was all part of Chair-sama master plan... but to what I know Urahara was only officially pardoned after Aizen's capture...
Urahara has always been able to go to soul society, he's like a pardoned criminal there due to aizen, but it's mostly the central 46 that had issues with him remaining. The captains didnt really mind him especially after aizen revealed himself to be behind everything. Movie wise I assume he came because he generally wanted to help soul society and they were just like "eh fuck it, let him"
In the anime, the part when Urahara let Ichigo enter Soul Society and the slingshot used to get into the actual town... By far the best episodes :)
Pretty sure he was unbanned after aizen betrayal event. You can see shinigami interacting with him in living world without considering him an enemy.
The one thing that bothers me is how they disregard the manga continuity regarding Renji & Rukia. We know that the two of them have been together for years, so why wouldn’t Renji know about the siblings considering he and Rukia had been by each others sides for basically their entire lives.
Was honestly the biggest issue for me, he should’ve remembered the kids as well.
I mean Rukia was already matured back then. What if all the friends started living seperately after growing up?
But still, the way he is attached to her, he should have know about the kids
Perhaps this happened before Rukia had powers, which stopped her from growing up or getting hungry.
Mayuri backing up his memories to where only an utter genius can get to them.. makes a whole lot of sense
They should make a bleach movie where Ichigo travels 100 years in the past and lands in the middle of the turn back the pendulum arc
Ocæn Sön but how would he travel back in the past
Joe Lin idk man, it’s just a concept, they’ll figure something out
Good idea actually
Até mais ver
mr. Poneis
[1] And let's remember that capturing Aizen during the events of Turn back the pendulum means that the white incident wouldn't happen and this could affect the chances of Kurosaki Masaki and Shiba Isshin ever meeting each other... and stopping Yhwach means no Auswallen giving her better chances against Grand Fisher...
That’s a great concept
The dark rukia look was awesome and.... kinda hot.
Personally the siblings would’ve probably worked better if they were like fullbringers that were turned into hollows or something.
Maybe that would’ve made them more interesting.
Can’t wait for the review for the hell verse movie, it’s my favorite one alongside the first movie.
After seeing Dark Rukia I kinda want to see fan art of Her and Hollow/White Ichigo together.
Would be great to see Kubo actually working on a Bleach movie in the future. Just like how kishi worked on the Boruto movie.

What a brilliant movie this is. Rukia is definitely one the best characters in the series.
Ichigo remembers Rukia quicker because they are directly linked, due to her pouring her own spirit energy into Ichigo, I'm pretty sure the movie explained this?
Ichigo remembers her faster because they are soulmates (this is a joke btw)
@@KungFuKendrick hi mr. Hat and clogs
That power was COMPLETELY destroyed by Byakuya tho, leaving no trace. Ichigo pretty much rebooted his soul with his own power with Urahara's help. Another stupid aspect of the movie as Ichigo's 'link' with Rukia was nonexistent.
@@primeroespadax was that ever stated? Ichigo still had his own soul, just not soul reaper powers.
There are so many cool moments in this movie like ichigo riding zabimaru going bankai in air and all captains teaming up together!
Kon is the MVP and the only one who never forgot Rukia
16:29 "Final"? What about the live action movie?
If there's demand I'll do the live action too
I love the live action movie. It was a pretty neat adaptation and kinda makes more sense to me about Ichigo wanting to help Rukia and the story getting more and more personal. Also I loved the training montages. You can see Kubo was involved.
@@DBZimran DO IT! JUST DO IT!
DBZimran It’s Bleach. There’s always demand. lol
"It doesn't make sense, but it looks cool" is a mood XDDDD
13:46 Urahara actually explains it after he saves them from the Gotei 13.
Ichigo’s powers originated from Rukia’s and therefore that connection allowed him to remember faster than others.
Woah you’re on a bleach uploading streak, keep it up! Can’t wait for the next movie discussion.
Memories of nobody is easily the best bleach movie
I always thought that Urahara became captain again because Mayuri got cut so they lost memory of him,
so they(writers) went back for the previous captain to replace him
I can't wait for the Hell Verse review! I'm really interested in your thoughts on its OST.
But alas.
This movie is quite entertaining with some unique concepts at that too. An underrated movie tbh. I can't wait to see your reviews on the other movies
Great review mate. 10/10. Loved this movie it’s sooo well written and Rukia’s character design when she is possessed is lit asf.
Still the best Bleach movie in my opinion.
Without doubt the best Bleach movie for me, probably because Rukia is my favourite character! Love the review!
They explained in the movie that since rukia gave him his og soul reaper powers their souls had a bond so he couldn't forget her.
Well, I watched it and to me, it's a masterpiece. It also inspired me to write a fanfiction with a similar theme. 🙂
I'm pretty sure he naturally put two and two together and goes CSI like he usually would
I thought it was alright! Loved the fight of renji vs ichigo again!
Yes bro. Urahara is always a welcome

Solid 7/10. In the idea of anime movies that might as well be the same as 10/10
The captains don’t hate urahara they are just very much driven by discipline
Video title: "BEST BLEACH MOVIE"
Me realizing I don't remember a single thing that happened in Fade to Black: "It is?"
Rukia is reminiscent of ulquiorra because of the feline eyes and the dark cero like blast at the beginning of the fight, and the apathy for everything
That's a crack fic I'd dearly love to read.

This is the best out of the Bleach movies even with it's flaws

I noticed that as the manga progressed it became harder and harder to keep the human world involved in the story, thus the human characters loosing importance, the fullering arcs sort of an attempt to go back to those roots.

This was actually what got me hinged on bleach !!
What's the OST in the background at the beginning of the video ?? Couldn't find it....
I did like this movie a lot when I watched it. If for nothing else, I am a sucker for the og Soul Society arc feel to it haha.
Very awesome art work in this movie
The Giant Hollow defeated all Captains of the Gotei 13. The first villain to do that by himself
But for an anime movie that has nothing to do with canon pretty pretty good
bro u deserve more than 9k subscribers.keep it up. plz try doing more hitman reborn vids
Imagine if they would of given Hollow Rukia a ressurection form
The best bleach movie by far
I think it was the best Bleach movie. Yeah Rukia is my favorite character. But besides that. For me this barely beats Hell Verse. For three simple reasons. For the movies are FtB than HV than MoN- the DDR
1- It was Bleach like.
As Bleach was always more focused on "heart"
3- Well Hell Verse is good and answered some questions. It felt like they pulled out of nowhere. It just didn't feel really Bleach like. Bleach was well known for ignoring Ichigo, Renji, Rukia, Orihime, Ishida and Chad. I think at one time, there was like 30+ chapters (almost a full year) without them doing much in the manga (at the time of this movie)
As for the Urahara thing. Yeah that did feel a bit much, but the manga I think was nearing Ichigo vs Ulquiorra. So one it capitalized TBtP arc. You really can't place it in the Bleach timeline, because how the Fake Karkura Town arc ended. But I am thinking
After the Soul Society Arc, thanks to Yoruichi I'm sure Urahara's claims during TBtP were seriously looked in. But I think the biggest thing was, they relied on Urahara to "be brains" of the movie as Mayuri was out of commission.
ah yes, ichi ruki's favorite movie yes.
Honestly I think fade to black was the best of the four movies. Some of the points that you brought up I did t even notice. Especially the Urahara and his outfit change. Also Rukia is best girl so I’m a little biased
Actually, I believe other siblings died and only Rukia and Renji survived and then joined the Shinigami Academy.
The siblings were really annoying
