I'm around 3/4 of the way through Resident Evil 4. What a game that is and as much as I do love it I still don't think it's as good as Resident Evil 2 remake. This is undoubtedly one of the coolest, most imaginative and pertinently atmospheric sets I’ve ever seen. I am just astounded by how much detail, both artistic and relevant, was put into this package. Some collector’s gift sets are pumped with a lot of superficial smoke and mirrors, but this one chooses instead to inventively dig deep into the actual content of the movies and their internal reality. That kind of creative dedication to the universe they’ve created is much more tangibly fun than say a glamour shot of Keanu on the covers. Film promotion needs more of this clever absorption of the stories and characters in its ballyhoo and less of the lazy obvious crap most studios and many labels just photoshop out there. I have got to get this set. If I can afford it!
I honestly have to give lionsgate credit when credits due because I don't think I would have came up with that. Like I said in the video the book features at the start of chapter 3 and you can barely see it but for Lionsgate to take that and do something quite creative I thought was truly brilliant and I treasure this as one of my favorite editions and thank God I changed my mind on it. Hard to believe I was so hesitant about picking it up. Thank you so much for stopping by Glen. Then when you least expect it a great deal shows up out of nowhere and Surprise! You are back in the game. Lol
€235 is a ridiculous price if I'm completely honest. I bought that on Amazon UK for around 65 euro. I honestly do not know where they get there prices from and I would not blame you for not spending that kind of money because I wouldn't even do that. Can't wait to see chapter 4, John Wick is a very unique franchise as it has kept a high standard on the action. Equalizer 3 will be out later this year and it would be great to get a sequel to Nobody as well. That Lionsgate set of John Wick is a stunner, steelbooks and all. Great video Keith.

I'm sure a series is coming out soon set in the John Wick world and Mel Gibson is going to be in it. I know a lot of people don't like him but I think he's great and like him as a director even more. Apocalypto is great if you've never seen it
I think Mel Gibson has paid his dues. We've all made mistakes in life and I think it's time to move on because he is such a wonderful actor and I can't tell you how excited I am to hear that he could be in a series based around John Wick. Just saw all 4 back to back last week since was getting the references and symbols quickly such as his ticket on the pink/black one. I do really like the pink/black colour combo aswell it's has similarity to red/black. Part 4 is very long Keith and one of the first I had to run out for a piss ever so I missed a bit of one action scene. Great set tho and hope you get to see it soon, it's a series that definitely brought back my love of old 80,s 90,s action films again.
I have to admit Steve I am not put off by the running time even though it is quite long. I'm hoping to see it very soon. This is a stunning looking edition Steve and I recommend picking up a copy of it yourself if u have the means to do so. Was happy to get my hands on a copy as well. It took a few trips to different best buy stores as many I can across were busted up where the outer imitation pages were ripped or torn open due to the weight of the steelbooks busting through from the inside but probably from being chucked around by staff when stocking the shelves. Really nice set.

Wow! That is such a great release, I love it. Congrats on adding that to your collection, enjoy it :) Chapter 4 is a really good movie. Watched it in the imax cinema leonberg, that's the biggest imax screen worldwide. Just impressive.
I would love to tell you that I have the luxury of seeing this movie in IMAX but unfortunately it's nonexistent over here in Ireland particularly where I live. I can only imagine what it looks like particularly seen it on the biggest iMax screen in the world. It's a beautiful looking edition and I am so happy I picked it up in the end. It's a lionsgate release and they always put in the work whether it's editions like these or steelbooks. Some of the best you will ever see and here is another example of it. I really do hope you pick one up in the end because it's one thing me trying to describe how it feels but when you get it in your hands it's something completely different. I was told it's very hard to find one that is not damaged. Told by a few people from the states that were trying to hunt one down for themselves. Just be careful Nathan and check it over before purchasing

Hi Keith, nice looking set. I have to admit that I have only watched part 1 of this franchise. I think I'll be giving all the other parts a watch in a row when part 4 is released. I don't know if you heard the news from Germany already, but HIGH TENSION is no longer indicated after 18 long years which means it's only a question of time until we get a proper (mediabook) release. Rumor has it that Second Sight Films UK are also dropping this one soon.
I have never seen High Tension as of yet. I'm very well aware of the director of the movie Alexander Aja. He's a wonderful director and I think this is the only movie that I haven't seen by him. Fingers crossed it will be second sight that gets it because at least then you will know there'll be a serious amount of work done to that release. Thank you so much for the heads up on that. Hi just a heads up I saw Space Jam 2 steel on offer at Zavvi very cheap at least adds to the other ;) also lots of collectables pretty cheap dc lights boxes and marvel for your room there Also a idea for you to try As you did a lot of unboxes around Xmas but didnt have time to review as some were not steelbooks Maybe you could do just a 20 minute chat about each and have a thumb nail in the corner as you review them Also on you tube as far as I know you get paid if th evideos are over 10 minutes long ? Also when you do 1 review if you are not a fan of that film then you dont watch it Maybe do 2 instead of 1 ? more views ? keep up the good work

Little bit of a late reaction. But I absolutely disgust the timing of this boxset. I understand why you got it (amazing boxset) , but the timing couldn't be worse. And the fourth movie has an absolute end for John Wick. In can't find a reason why there should be a John Wick 5 with Keanu Reeves in it, unless it is an spinoff. But that isn't needed in this boxset. I'm on the side of people who think there should be a space for a fourth movie. This just feels like a cash grab. With movies like Indiana Jones I don't mind the boxsets because there are years between the boxset release and Indiana Jones 5. But this boxset literally came out a week before the fourth movie. It is necessary that it contains a place for a fourth steelbook. The fourth movie is ok. But every action set piece takes about 20 minutes. On a certain point it just bores me. The movie got a plot for 80 minutes, so the other 70 minutes are pure action overload to the max. I like the way lionsgate makes the steelbooks and that they are leading. But this just feels like a cash grab (and the most beautiful cash grab ever). Such a missed opportunity with the fourth movie in theatres now and with a plot that finishes the role of John Wick as a main character.

I didn't read this comment because something's telling me you are going into spoiler territory going by one or two things I glimpse upon and I don't want the rune the fourth movie for myself. I noticed you're not too happy with the edition and I completely understand that but I wanted the edition itself and that's all I care about. It would be nice to have a space there for the 4th movie but chances are they wouldn't have done a matching Steelbook anyway so it would make no sense to have it in there.

Hey John. I well believe it's a very loud movie because I went to see scream 6 the other night and all we could hear was John wick in the other room.
What a spectacular pick up and I'm looking forward to seeing part 4 as well. You're right about how this franchise can go on and on. I'm sure a series is coming out soon set in the John Wick world and Mel Gibson is going to be in it. I know a lot of people don't like him but I think he's great and like him as a director even more. Apocalypto is great if you've never seen it
I think Mel Gibson has paid his dues. We've all made mistakes in life and I think it's time to move on because he is such a wonderful actor and I can't tell you how excited I am to hear that he could be in a series based around John Wick. I think he would be perfect in a series like that. I have seen Apocalypto and I thought it was phenomenal. You sometimes forget he is a wonderful director as well and maybe he might Direct one or two of those episodes for that series. Never say never. Just saw all 4 back to back last week since was getting the references and symbols quickly such as his ticket on the pink/black one. I do really like the pink/black colour combo aswell it's has similarity to red/black. Part 4 is very long Keith and one of the first I had to run out for a piss ever so I missed a bit of one action scene.
Great set tho and hope you get to see it soon, it's a series that definitely brought back my love of old 80,s 90,s action films again.
I have to admit Steve I am not put off by the running time even though it is quite long. I'm hoping to see it very soon. This is a stunning looking edition Steve and I recommend picking up a copy of it yourself if u have the means to do so. Was happy to get my hands on a copy as well. It took a few trips to different best buy stores as many I can across were busted up where the outer imitation pages were ripped or torn open due to the weight of the steelbooks busting through from the inside but probably from being chucked around by staff when stocking the shelves. Really nice set.

Chapter 4 is a really good movie.
Watched it in the imax cinema leonberg, that's the biggest imax screen worldwide. Just impressive.
I would love to tell you that I have the luxury of seeing this movie in IMAX but unfortunately it's nonexistent over here in Ireland particularly where I live. I can only imagine what it looks like particularly seen it on the biggest iMax screen in the world. It's a beautiful looking edition and I am so happy I picked it up in the end. It's a lionsgate release and they always put in the work whether it's editions like these or steelbooks. Some of the best you will ever see and here is another example of it. I really do hope you pick one up in the end because it's one thing me trying to describe how it feels but when you get it in your hands it's something completely different. I honestly think you will love it

You will not believe how crazy the action gets during the next couple of movies and I can only imagine what chapter 4 is going to be like. Sort of the feeling you don’t get often with modern day movies. I’ve ordered all the steelbooks and collectors sets for the Film now haha.

Hi Keith, nice looking set. I have to admit that I have only watched part 1 of this franchise. I think I'll be giving all the other parts a watch in a row when part 4 is released. I don't know if you heard the news from Germany already, but HIGH TENSION is no longer indicated after 18 long years which means it's only a question of time until we get a proper (mediabook) release. Rumor has it that Second Sight Films UK are also dropping this one soon.
I have never seen High Tension as of yet. I'm very well aware of the director of the movie Alexander Aja. He's a wonderful director and I think this is the only movie that I haven't seen by him. Fingers crossed it will be second sight that gets it because at least then you will know there'll be a serious amount of work done to that release. Thank you so much for the heads up on that. If you ever have the chance please do check out the rest of the John Wick movies because honestly there's some of the best action movies you're likely to see and I've heard Chapter 4 is supposed to be one of the best. Hey I just want both Rocky 4 and the job did on Rocky vs Drago was brilliant a Master piece it's a different and better movie he should get another Oscar the fights were more brutal what a fight should be audio way way better you felt the punches and the picture was remastered and Widescreen better than the original the end was better. Also a idea for you to try As you did a lot of unboxes around Xmas but didnt have time to review as some were not steelbooks Maybe you could do just a 20 minute chat about each and have a thumb nail in the corner as you review them Also on you tube as far as I know you get paid if th evideos are over 10 minutes long ?
Also when you do 1 review if you are not a fan of that film then you dont watch it Maybe do 2 instead of 1 ? more views ?

Little bit of a late reaction. But I absolutely disgust the timing of this boxset. I understand why you got it (amazing boxset) , but the timing couldn't be worse. And the fourth movie has an absolute end for John Wick. In can't find a reason why there should be a John Wick 5 with Keanu Reeves in it, unless it is an spinoff. But that isn't needed in this boxset. I'm on the side of people who think there should be a space for a fourth movie. This just feels like a cash grab. With movies like Indiana Jones I don't mind the boxsets because there are years between the boxset release and Indiana Jones 5. But this boxset literally came out a week before the fourth movie. It is necessary that it contains a place for a fourth steelbook.
The fourth movie is ok. But every action set piece takes about 20 minutes. On a certain point it just bores me. The movie got a plot for 80 minutes, so the other 70 minutes are pure action overload to the max.
I like the way lionsgate makes the steelbooks and that they are leading. But this just feels like a cash grab (and the most beautiful cash grab ever). Such a missed opportunity with the fourth movie in theatres now and with a plot that finishes the role of John Wick as a main character.
Hey Robert. I didn't read this comment because something's telling me you are going into spoiler territory going by one or two things I glimpse upon and I don't want the rune the fourth movie for myself.
I noticed you're not too happy with the edition and I completely understand that but I wanted the edition itself and that's all I care about. It would be nice to have a space there for the 4th movie but chances are they wouldn't have done a matching Steelbook anyway so it would make no sense to have it in there.
