    Fleetwood Mac have invested their hearts, lives and souls into their music, which has evolved music, influenced and changed people. They have written, composed and produced their music collectively and I commend them for continuing to reach out to fans like myself, a 29 year old who has been given the opportunity to witness such an amazing show! They are legends and to perform like they did in their 70’s... I commend you. #fleetwoodmaconeheckofashow

    Band members get older it's a fact. The magic of the music is what brings the people together. Vocals are a hard thing to reproduce live especially with a number of songs being demanding of such intricate harmonies. I Love all of FM but in the situation I can't think of better musicians to step in and help them out than MC & NF. Mike is one of the best guitarist around. Neil has the wonderful soft vocals that a singer dreams of having. Sure we all love LB but sometimes it just doesn't work out. Rock on FM. You are still my favorite band. Mike , looking forward to seeing you and the dirty knobs . Don't ever stop rocking and rolling my friend. RIP Mr Petty. We all miss you.

    Well, this certainly helped relieve some of the pain of never seeing them live! This broke student didn't have the 100+ bucks to go last time they did holland, and I don't think they'll ever be touring with all 5 together again.
    I'm buying a live dvd, inviting my friends, and we're going to have a concert at home, (Way better seating, better view and free snacks!)

    I've been listening to Fleetwood Mac for over 40 years, I know as the band gets older it their mature voices never will sound the same but we have to accept that even without Lindsey the new guitarists keep the memories of the band alive. This is now Fleetwood Mac (MarkIII).

      You have said a mouthful! Fleetwood Mac has become nothing but a low rate, cheap nightclub tribute band! I feel sorry for Christine because she really shouldn't be up there on stage. She 75 years old and she should be enjoying her hopefully many more healthy years on this wonderful spinning ball we live on. There is no Fleetwood Mac without Lindsey Buckingham and everybody knows it whether they want to admit it or not!

      @tobymummert3035 4 роки тому

      @@juliogiuliani3405 Well, with groups like Fleetwood Mac and Kiss and Def Leppard and ACDC, these guys have got to hang it up! The reality and most everybody that knows anything about Fleetwood Mac and their music is that they fucked up when they fired Lindsey Buckingham! That's it! There is nothing more transparent then that. I grew up with Kiss mostly in the late 70s and I cannot imagine life growing up without them. But that was over 40 fucking years ago and there just comes a time when you just have to hang it up! Kiss is on tour right now with the makeup and all the rockets and bombs and blood spitting and all the stuff that now in 2019 is truly designed to take your attention away from how horrible the band really sounds! And it's stupid for the band to go out with makeup on and don't even have the two original members that made them this Legacy. They have these other posers pretending that they are two members of the band that used to wear makeup and they just are a complete travesty and a joke and I have no respect for them and Kiss needs to wipe off the makeup, get out of the silly costumes and just go the fuck home and play with their grandchildren! Def Leppard maybe a little younger but they're in the same class. They're in their mid-to-late fifties and trying to act like they're in their mid-to-late twenties and it's a really sad thing to see and hear. Now with the case of ACDC that is just sad. The band lost its founding member Malcolm Young a couple of years ago and remaining member Angus Young who is of course Malcolm's younger brother decides to do the stupidest thing ever and bring Axl Rose into the band. WTF!! You don't bring Axl Rose into your fucking band! That was a joke and I hope Angus has enough sense to do one or two things at this point. Either find a much more suitable lead singer that and perhaps cover both Bon Scott tunes and Brian Johnson Tunes collectively or even better just give it the fuck up and go home! I love Fleetwood Mac, Kiss, AC DC and some early Def Leppard. Like, their first 3 albums were awesome and then the rest just didn't do it for me. I mean how many times do we have to hear Pour Some Sugar On Me?? Enough of the sweetener, please! Now this Fleetwood Mac bulshit and their firing of the musical architect, arranger and basically the sound of Fleetwood Mac, known as Lindsey Buckingham regardless of what personal pure bulshit the band has gone through, this current Fleetwood Mac is an absolute marginal travesty! I can't say it enough! Now, Paul McCartney is 77 years old and yes the man hasn't written a number one hit in over 40 years and yes the man can't sing like he used to be able to sing but he's a multi-billionaire. Has more fucking money than Donald Trump will ever see and he's out on stage just doing what he loves to do and doing the best at it and I admire him for that. I have complete respect for Paul McCartney because at least he's being real about what he's doing. If I was 77 years old and I have multi billion dollars in the bank and even if I was a member of the greatest rock band ever in the history of the known world, I would be relaxing and just chilling out on some Island somewhere and enjoying the rest of my life. I wouldn't need to get up on stage and try to prove anything or need to earn any more money. Yes Paul is earning some more money but let's face it, he'll never see it or miss it. He's just up there doing something real to the best of his ability so God bless Paul McCartney! These other bands like Fleetwood Mac and Kiss and the like need to just go the fuck home and play with their grandchildren and enjoy the rest of however many years they may have left upon this Earth!

That being said, ALL of them need to stop! It's not that era anymore and he'll I'm damn sure old enough to know that..and as much as I like Stevie, very shitty how they all treated Lindsey Buckingham..Christine is almost 78 years old, so they need to quit..glad after reading some of the comments that I'm not the only one who feels this way...🤔

    You're all a bunch of punters. I saw them on the tour in 2014 when Christine returned to the fold. They were very good, but it was obvious that they were all very old and they weren't going to be able to keep it going for much longer, if at all. Buckingham's voice on that tour gave out in every other song (and he's the youngest). Christine warbled through as best she could. I found it ironic that Nicks came through as the strongest vocalist. Now it's just a sad, quasi-nostalgic wreck. Even when they don't (or can't) sing on key, the audience hears what they want to hear. There are a few--scant--very good moments, but this is the state of the world we live in. People see and hear what they want to see and hear, and they are willing to pay top dollar for that fantasy and the accompanying nostalgia. It's a sickness.

      I am amazed that they kept it together. However, Neil Finn was a great find for them. He is the young one of the bunch, as he was 61 when this was filmed. Probably why he plays so well and still can carry a tune. I note however this song shows the audience carries the band at this point, carrying them forward. You can hear them almost better than the band on the chorus. You want the good version? Look here: ua-cam.com/video/uCGD9dT12C0/v-deo.html

      certainly but you cant avoid observing an obvious paralellism with regard what happened back then in 1987 with a tour in the wings and whats currently happening, ok there is no 1 album this time around but the timing is just the same, right before the band go touring , 2 guitarrist are called in to fill the slot left by buckingham , i know right what the official version was : lindsey called it quits to focus on his solo career, yeah right ...with the band topping the charts since rumours , with an album basically produced by you (i mean Lindsey) , a massive tour on the horizon , its pretty obvious something happened between lindsey and the band, they just decided against going public with that situation btw i apologize for my english i hope you understand those are my two cents and i entitled to having my own opinion, i get the facts right but im just being a bit of speculative here

    It pretty much outrages me that rock musicians can put on a piss poor or second rate or inferior act and still charge the premium prices as if they were still top of their game as this band was 20-30 years ago. You couldn't do that with anything else you'd purchase. You would be entitled to a refund or discount or reduced ticket pricing. Yet each member still treats their offerings like a proper business - setting up trusts and so on to manage their finances and royalty income etc. - but are allowed to get away with charging first rate prices to fans (customers) for a second rate act just because they can re-cast themselves as 'artists' where special rules apply that don't apply for other types of commodity sales. This band has also been promoting their act using Lindsey Buckingham's likeness on posters etc. In any other advertising, this would be regarded as a breach of trading and advertising standards because it misleads potential purchasers - yet because they are 'artists' they can do that legally. Con artist, perhaps! Frankly, rock music should be subjected to the same quality standards as anything else you would buy. FM here - with the post Bucky lineup - is a mere fraction of the original Phase II lineup. There is no way, original members or not, should be charging these exhorbitant ticket prices when it is clear to the ear that they aren't up to it anymore. The ticket prices should reflect that. Frankly, you'd be wiser to invest your hard earned cash in seeing a good FM tribute act.
