@@trustnuthinman5778 Hard work? The best songs from bands were sometimes made and recorded in 5 minutes. The beatles said that. For electronic music nowadays you need to be half engineer nowadays (knowing the softwares inside and out. Also mixing and mastering). I'd say it is as hard as learning an instrument. It used to be alot easier to create music!
I have never seen lead and bass guitar create such phenomenal harmony. The drums are just another realm and they join together to create a brilliant thumping song.
Fleetwood Mac along with other super-groups like The Eagles, Journey, Styx, and Van Halen shaped the music of the 80s and the genre that is Rock Music. There is nothing like them today and will probably never will be again.
Is there any other band who could make music like this? The perfect lyrics, the perfect instrumental, the perfect look, the perfect tension....just perfect

Not taking anything away from that amazing guitar solo by Lindsay Buckingham, but Mick Fleetwood is an absolute demon on the drums! And he's clearly having a blast!
That is low key one of the greatest guitar solos in musical history. Just saying. Lindsay Buckingham doesnt get the respect he deserves when we talk about truly Great guitar players. And all without a pick!
I remember EXACTLY where I was and EXACTLY what I was doing when this album came out. I was 15, meeting "new" relatives in another province....If you REALLY look hard at the band, their eyes, their faces, the only one that appears to be having a "good time/grooving" is the drummer, the others are looking like it's a chore to be there. Do you think maybe the audience at the time picked up on this? I did, right off the bat. Stilll lovin their music, but this performance feels strained.
Well, he is like my favorite drummer ever Peter Chris!!! Even on drugs and alcohol, both were better than 90 percent of the drummers in their prime, not named Bonham or Pert!!! Lol 🤣

April 1st, 2022.... as of today this is one of THE most amazing on-stage performances to me! Everyone is giving 120%... This is music, handmade, no drum-computer and, most importantly: passion!
So nice to hear real human talent and not computers and electronics. This is the last of an era when skills talent and passion actually meant something!! It all compliments each other so smoothly.
Silver Spring is the perfect companion piece to this song. They each take a turn telling each other to fuck off. Although, in this one, which is Lyndsays song, Stevie jumps in and sings the lines she hates the most RIGHT BACK AT HIM. Makes the song better as far as I am concerned
Yes Lindsey is a great guitarist. Not taking anything away from the others that have played with them in his stead but it just seems that it always takes 2 guitarists to take his place when he's not with them.
I couldn't agree more. I saw them a few years earlier than '82...phenomenal. I've always thought Mick hasn't been fully honored for his talent. Amazing drummer.

Lindsey Buckingham is one of the most underrated musicians!!! A brilliant guitarist and singer !
Plucking, Strumming, Finger Flicking, Picking and Bending them Strings
I have never seen lead and bass guitar create such phenomenal harmony. The drums are just another realm and they join together to create a brilliant thumping song.
A massive wall of creativity and powerful music!
Agreed, Mick was pretty damn amazing on the drums 🥁 as well!!!!
Fleetwood Mac doesn’t exist if Lindsey isn’t playing. He’s absolutely amazing. Brilliant musician
Don't discount the Peter Green era. Very different musically (more blues than rock) but some phenomenal work like Man of the World or Green Manilishi
Agree with both. Green was a god, and Buckingham a master.
CISCO BERMEJO: YOU'RE RIGHT, HIS TECHNICK IS GREAT JUST PLAYING WITH THE FINGERS !! 🎸🎸🎸
I totally agree!!! He is a badass and underrated and underappreciated guitarist 🎸 and vocals for that matter 👏!!!
Self taught
Lindsay Buckingham is probably the most underrated guitar players ever, the guy can flat out play!
Probably not as underated as Roy Buchanan
His finger tips must be pure callous. Never see him use a pick or rubbers.
This is laughable. He's been highly regarded for many decades!
Please remember when Mick was asked to choose between Peter and Lindsay, he said, “Both!!!”
He is definitely one of the most underrated and Mick on the drums 🥁 as well!!!!
Each time I listen to this song, it's guaranteed goosebumps. RIP Christine Mc Vie.
One of my favorite song of all time, never get tired of listening to it. They all played their hearts out. Fleetwood Mac forever!
Fleetwood Mac along with other super-groups like The Eagles, Journey, Styx, and Van Halen shaped the music of the 80s and the genre that is Rock Music. There is nothing like them today and will probably never will be again.
My Era! I miss those days and hearing eagles.. Fleetwood mac... Def Leppard... van Halen
@@shannonm.7469 I completely agree!
There definitely never be like that again
70's and 80's and 90's Music was Enriched by Groups like Fleetwood Mac and Led Zeppelin
70's
If this doesn't give you goosebumps, you're not living ❤
Just think- these bands didn’t have “auto-tune” or any of the electronic gear we see today. They actually played the instruments and sang the lyrics.
Thank God. We can still watch and listen to great 👍 music 🎶🎶🎶
I saw them in '97 fantastic musicians, getting lost in the music...........iconic!
Is there any other band who could make music like this? The perfect lyrics, the perfect instrumental, the perfect look, the perfect tension....just perfect
Not just Lindsay Buckingham doing it, but John McVie is killing it on bass. Perhaps the most under rated bass player of all time.
yup, shredding it on bass without any theatrics.
Come on, what BS...he plays the bass in Fleetwood Mac, he is not underrated !
26 Mio Views. Underrated?
That’s like saying Lyndsey is the most underrated guitarist of all time or Mick Fleetwood is the most underrated drummer…
By underrated you mean you never heard about him?
All these years later - 2022 - and this is the best live version I found! Outstanding 🎶🎶🎶
Oh yes 👏
without question!
Totally agree. The looks lindsey and stevie give each other are just heart wrenching. Decades of emotion between them and you can just feel it
@@GK-gc9cv YES, this performance gets its power of it. High voltage between Stevie and Lindsey....
Go check out Bruce Springsteen live version of My Home Town and I'm on Fire. Plus look up live from Daryl's house and look at hom and Ceelo Green do Crazy live it is awesome everybody should see these live performances
Damn, Lindsey could play the hell out of a guitar
Agreed, he is the most underrated and underappreciated guitarist 🎸 ever, and Mick much like Mr. Peter Criss from Kiss original lineup are the two most underrated and underappreciated drummers ever as well!!! Love them all!!!
AND he played without a pick!
Damn straight!!! Mr. Buckingham literally played without using a pick!!!! Unbelievable 👍
Yes it dose bring back a lot of memories
Christine and Stevie knew this was a special performance. They all knew and sunk right into the song.
Lindsay Buckinghams signature individual guitar style is most evident on this song.
Most under-rated guitarist of the the 70's IMHO.
Oh hell yes, I am astounded that a guitarist can do what he does so "seemingly" effortlessly. Brilliant musicians all of them
Was it ever!!!!
Yes, it is...!!
He's almost as good as Eric Clapton
There will never be another Fleetwood Mac without Christine's brilliant harmonies. RIP pretty angel.
❤
Christine's stunning piercing blue eyes round off her whole performance 😘😘
Absolute classic. Outstanding performance from the entire band. And they performed with such verve, joy, and commitment. I love this track!
Their best concert, IMO. ❤
Nobody is enjoying himself more than the drummer in this clip, because he knows he is participating in one of the greatest hits of all time, in my opinion!!!!!
Lindsey Buckingham is one of the most underrated musicians of all time!
LINDSEY
Underrated is the most overused term on youtube
yes! that for sure! nobody talking 'bout him. why so??
@@raimundwessinger9700 Because everyone worships Stevie Nicks when Lindsay was arguably more important to the band!
@@Bawitdabadabangdadang Lindsey
Not taking anything away from that amazing guitar solo by Lindsay Buckingham, but Mick Fleetwood is an absolute demon on the drums! And he's clearly having a blast!
God DAMN that bassline. Sounds like every break-up you've ever had.
Fleetwood cares so much about each drumstick strike, it's an obsession.
Rest in peace Christine, the world just went silent today losing a great keyboard player and an amazing song writer and vocals 💔 😢
Ri
Rip
The whole band is phenomenal of course! But, you gotta love Mick Fleetwood on the drums.
They were having fun doing what they love
Absolutely
@@sallybags9090 You took the words our my mouth
He obviously had the best drugs.
@@philkearny5587 😅😂
What a beautiful sound by that talented group. Those days are amazing and gone.
That is low key one of the greatest guitar solos in musical history. Just saying. Lindsay Buckingham doesnt get the respect he deserves when we talk about truly Great guitar players. And all without a pick!
How can the crowd be just sitting there? Air guitaring here at my desk, I'm 63 yrs young, grew up with this type of great music.
Zombies
Too busy on their phones
I remember EXACTLY where I was and EXACTLY what I was doing when this album came out. I was 15, meeting "new" relatives in another province....If you REALLY look hard at the band, their eyes, their faces, the only one that appears to be having a "good time/grooving" is the drummer, the others are looking like it's a chore to be there. Do you think maybe the audience at the time picked up on this? I did, right off the bat. Stilll lovin their music, but this performance feels strained.
If it was me I would have blown the roof....rocking and rolling 🕺🕺
Heart and soul… kaboom!
Mick's energy on the drums is a whole show on it's own, I love the song but seeing Mick really happy always makes me happy... 😊
Agree, You can tell he had a blast playing this song , Plus the guy has some fast sticks cheers .
Agreed 👍
Mick = drums and drugs
Well, he is like my favorite drummer ever Peter Chris!!! Even on drugs and alcohol, both were better than 90 percent of the drummers in their prime, not named Bonham or Pert!!! Lol 🤣
My favorite drummer!
Fantastic live version of one of their greatest hits with Lindsay Buckingham in top form. As other reviewers have said...they do not make them like this anymore...bless you for posting such a great performance...play it loud!!!!!
…always playin loud this exceptional song from this exceptional performance! I can’t imagine another way ..!
What a fantastic performance ! ❤
What a song
What a band
What a performance!!! Total class!!!👏👏👏👏👍
Couldnt agree more..!!
Indeed ✔️
Buckingham remains one of the era’s great guitarists, unquestionably.
This is my favorite song 🎵 of theirs, and I have seen it live many times, but this was the best damn live version!!!!
Check out the earlier version and you can see a lot more emotions on stage between SN AND LB
I have, it's awesome 👌!!!
What a great band they were. Lindsay's guitar solo was fantastic. They were one of the few bands i never got to see in concert but i had many albums back then, I never lacked for great music to listen to. Stevie and Christine were both stunningly beautiful.
45 years later and i still get goosebumps! 🤩
Same here..!!
I know..right?! Amazing!
I listen to this song .at the Gym..it Drives me.
Where done? Were you there?
I've lost count on how many times I've listened to this master piece
April 1st, 2022.... as of today this is one of THE most amazing on-stage performances to me! Everyone is giving 120%... This is music, handmade, no drum-computer and, most importantly: passion!
So nice to hear real human talent and not computers and electronics. This is the last of an era when skills talent and passion actually meant something!! It all compliments each other so smoothly.
!00% pure music...
Your statement is right on target!👍
Amen, None better!
Love Them!
What a FANTASTIC song by Fleetwood Mac !!! ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
So glad we have a forever recording of this group at their best. Whoever decided to do this was genious!
It amazes me how a band can make such great music out of their dysfunctional love lives.
It proves that above all, each band member loves to make music and enjoys it tremendously
Mick Fleetwood always looks like he's having the time of his life drumming.
Micks eyes are running the show, the rest of his body is on catch up. Fair play to the man:-)
It is him who got me into drumming in the 70's, still am.
That's cause most of the time he is coked off his head. 😅
Love him
Can’t imagine Animal being based on anyone else than Mick Fleetwood
Mick always looks like hes having such a good time 😂
Anyone who ever got to see Fleetwood Mac live is truly blessed... Something that can never be forgotten.
I was lucky enough to see them live, awesome
I saw them in concert
I love them, and sorry to say, never got to see them live!!! I still regret it 😪!!!
Amazing! This song still stuns. Possibly the greatest live recording ever.

Un clásico una de mis favoritas
people say that about many songs, Stevie Nicks' Landslide for example
Possibly.... but not.
Absolutamente geniales, todos,es una banda mítica en la historia,y Rumors,un disco que no se puede olvidar, magnifico
Einfach nur HAMMER PERFORMANCE !!! GÄNSEHAUT PUR !!!
Legendary performers working together to create historical status 🙌!!!! Not a weak link in this band!!!! Love them
Lindsey Buckingham...one of the greatest guitarists that ever walked the face of this earth. Rest in peace Christy. She was Amazing
He is ok.
Yes Lindsey is a great guitarist. Not taking anything away from the others that have played with them in his stead but it just seems that it always takes 2 guitarists to take his place when he's not with them.
@@MrTruckerf he is better than ok
@@kevinlangley9644 Because the bastard can play fingerstyle. I cannot due to cerebral palsy.
But was he really playing? Couldnt hear his guitar but one of the backing guitarists...
Lets not forget Mick Fleetwood was a top tier drummer. He is never mentioned as a top drummer. Seen them in person back in 82. He is amazing.
4 sure bro!
Top tier? I think not.
I couldn't agree more. I saw them a few years earlier than '82...phenomenal. I've always thought Mick hasn't been fully honored for his talent. Amazing drummer.
He surely works that drumkit. And all those facial expessions that go with it. I love seing him do that.
