Everyone in India knows what's going on and the state government's actions over the years (they've been involved in nearly every crime imaginable). The Supreme Court should review all the pending cases connected to the state government.
Our legal system moves so slowly and has so many loopholes that 95% of the time, criminals remain free because of it.
Cases from our state, like the DA case, the Teacher Recruitment Scam, and now this one, are all stuck in the Supreme Court.

If they can come up with a plan that works, i highly doubt that. Many states have systems and measures implemented that works very well to prevent such acts and has been tested since decades. Why not consult these states and implement these same in other states? Probably because they are not BJP states. Why reinvent the wheel when solutions are already available? This is a total waste of time, and looking at the past it will be a failure. Again this is all just political, so BJP can say they came up with it! 🤦♂️

In existing system the complaint is handled with Internal Committee who are paid by company and they may not resolve the issue in justifiable to Employee, women workers are facing the sexual harassment in most of the companies due to insecurity of their jobs by their superiors. the complaints should be directly handled by Govt agencies instead of internal committee of the company or local authority. this may help to women worker in any company to terminate or punish supervisors who involved in sexual harassment by creating insecurity of Job.
