Very competitive and private studios aren't obligated to pay you well. They don't normally hire you, creative people usually work as freelance/self employed, so it is not a job with high security and stability.
I love how the mom mentioned that if they had exactly what her daughter was looking for, the consultant would have brought it too her. It shows she respects and trusts the consultant to be doing her best. She never questioned if the consultant was showing the right gowns or not.

Yeah, I think they were pretty nice except they were kinda rude about some of the dresses, I thought the first one looked great on her, but they laughed at it.
The thing is, GOOD fashionistas work with the desires of the client, regardless of their own preferences. So even if her style were completely different, she would think of the client's style when choosing for the client. You can see the mom do that when she's suggesting satin. She's not just a fashionista. She's a GOOD fashionista.

This consulant is very good at her job. Firstly she can serve the costumers very well and most important communicate with them. ( with the language and all) Secondly She respects the bughet and not only that she brings the bride EXACTLY what she asked. And her picks are very VERY GREAT

Grandmothers are so supportive. When my maternal grandma was still alive, she would sew me gowns for my singing contests and watch me perform. She's gone now and I couldn't even send her off because it hurts me. On the other hand, my paternal grandma is on the same level of being supportive but she's whacky that she'd tease me if she finds it funny. 😂
