It amazes me how it's difficult to find a therapist that can actually help. Wish this was more taught.

    Hi
It’s been a treat to listen to You both. I was wondering how to get in touch with you both.
I am a Psychologist & have been over the years worked in different areas but recently have been working with people w loss & grief & trauma. I would appreciate if I could be steered in the right direction & know more about the treatment & sort of supervision facility in this area.
I am learning about EMDR, & other therapies
    Thanks for info

Hi. Read Bessel's book, and mine too if you like. Then see what grabs you from it. Find out what really excites you to learn more about and then reach out to those communities for supervision etc. Hope you find your path.

@@BenjaminFryI am sorry please forgive me,
Yesterday I told to my parents and Yoga Doctor, 👇👇👇👇👇
That I have misused my parents money a lot without telling them, so many people have not given me refundable. I am sorry that so many time fraud casses have happened with me without telling my parents and today I am fully without shame & guilt telling them what mistakes I have done with your hard earned money. I was full of confusion and self doubts growing up with my family, didn't know how to behave with them.

Hi Benjamin! I am a victim of sever trauma that includes early and continued sexual abuse, physical and psychological torture and the inherent emotional neglect that comes with it. All this happen in the settings of the cult I was born and grew up in. I was extremely fragmented and operating from constant stated of flight/fight mode and PTSD symptoms. I figured out that I was able to survive all this because I coped by developing DID. I live from an stabilized state comparing to from where I started but I would like to share my story and my journey with specialist who actually understand about trauma. I have been in a normal psychiatrist clinic and it is horrible. It actually traumatizes further people.
I would like to work with someone from your clinic and I contacted the one you have in London but I don´t have the conditions to move and go there. Nonetheless and I brought myself to the point that I am ready to share what I learn about trauma, what it is called mental health disorders and contact people in the field. I know I still have ¨things¨ to integrate but I am working with my nervous system in order to attune to a different state of being, vibrationally speaking now that the states of fear, despair, loneliness, abandonment and powerless are processed and I am being intuitively guided that I need let people in to do so to get the relational aspect of trauma healed but at the same time it needs to be with people who understand the dimension and the extension of the work I did and the reality I came from.
I hope to hear from you because I have searched and searched and I haven´t seen anything or anyone similar to the work that your clinic and Dr. Bessel van der Kolk are developing.
If you are interesting in giving an opportunity to listen to what I have to say I would deeply appreciate it.
    Thank you very much!
    Best regards,
    Sara.

Hello. I'm sorry that this message was not read sooner. We actually specialise in DID at our residential clinic. It would be great if you would get in touch via our website?

    Hi Benjamin,
I appreciate you for going to Bessel's conference yearly and for bringing him on. One of the things I'd like to see is a lot more experimentation and research to arrive at intelligence: maximum well-being for minimum effort. I'd love you to test my own contribution to this ecology by watching or sending clients to the trauma circle I've created and asking them to measure the benefit that comes from first listening and then acting on some of the ideas.
