He was my first five-star
At E0S0 for both Aventurine and FX, Aventurine should have an easier time keeping his team alive in long periods of high incoming damage, whereas FX wouldn't be able to keep her team alive. Whether or not anyone has FX without her LC in this scenario is a mystery though. The same goes with Huohuo. Damage that would kill your team mates with HH wouldn't with Aventurine. So he definitely has his own reason for pulling him, but how close he is to those characters is hard to say.
9:20 haha about the pioneer set, I got some good sets for Aventurine while farming for Acheron so I decided to use 4 pc pioneer over 4 knight pc. Aventurine shield is so strong that using 4 pc knight seems overkill to me. Plus with his sig which I will be also getting, he will be constantly applying debuffs from his fua which procs the pioneer effect. He also becomes a sub nihility debuffer for Acheron and Dr. Ratio team.
I’ve only have HuoHuo and e6 lynx with running s5 post ops which both sustain fine but I think it’s about time for me to get another five star limited sustain unit.
with HuoHuo and Aventurine you will be soooo set in terms of sustains, really good units!!!

yeah, he's amazing, but i already have gepard, fu xuan, luocha, and huo huo. I've got to chill on the sustain units and wait for boothill, as i still dont have a strong enough phys dps, and i'm also just looking forward to the weakness break meta
I don't have Fu Xuan, and Aventurine literally has Gepard's ult shield on his skill. So I think Imma pull him

Advent + uni market is actually not that useful on him. Since he doesnt increase his own taunt and burn only applies when he is hit.
Gepard e2 still holds the most value in terms of survivability and maximizing stack generation.
Best on a team of e2s1 acheron/bs or pela/sparkle/gepard e2s5 trends.
Yes, for acheron its better when u have his sign Lc. Its a 5 star though 🥴
I will just get him because he's in my favorite characters list right now, since ever anyway but I DO need a shield character, although March7th... he's a better one, and I don't have anyone else(Damnit Gerpard, come home..). I might need to run him with her and ratio and someone else to see how that team work.. follow-up attack team? I might try it out..
Hey guys please help me who should I pull jingliu or adventurine? btw i have 5 stars who I got from the character event warp which is seele, blade, luocha, black swan, dr ratio, danheng lunae, jing yuan, yanqingn and the the only preservation I have is geopard and march 7. Please help me I can't decide who to pull.
I'd say go for Aventurine, you already seem to have a wide variety of DPS characters, and preservation characters are too good to pass on in my opinion (why would you heal the damage when you can completely negate it right?), I have Gepard at E1S1 and let me tell you, Aventurine at E0 with Gepard's lightcone is so, so much better (no hate to Gepard, he has been carrying me for a long time and I like his character in the story too)

Im early game (made account when Den Heng IL came out, got him and then quit, rejoined 1 month ago) and I have saved every gem and golden ticket for this man. Currently I have 140 tickets for him. My sustains right now are March 7th and the weird Doctor Lady you meet in belabog LMAO. I AM IN DESPERATE NEED OF A SUSTAIN AND THIS MAN IS HOT
Im going all in for Aventurine. Any spare pulls go to Jingliu as i am in desperate need of a 2nd DPS as well. (Dr Ratio is my backup plan but I don’t really like his gameplay so ye…)

The only sustain I have is Bailu and Lynx. How massive will he be for my account (Kafka, BS, Argenti, Blade)?

@@RaidenDisNots Kafka was my first 5* but I had no dot so she was subpar as hypercarry. Pulled Argenti because I was struggling, and he somehow became my main for some time.
I accidentally got SW early during Argenti's banner in about 20-ish pulls. So, I decided to pull Blade because I have Kafka and SW already lol. By now, Argenti and Blade + SW are my main comp. Tried pulling Ruan Mei but lost to Bronya.
Pulled for BS next because I want my Kafka to work. So my current main is Kafka + BS and Blade + SW. Occasionally use Argenti for PF and Physical-weak enemies.
@@oHarlequinn ur dot team is could use a ruan mei just to be picky, and if u find blade lacks dps, just get acheron, silverwolf is really good with acheron.

to be fair i think aventurine does have really crazy sustain
still, her damage mitigation is insane too

there are moments when his shield CAN get completely depleted (see strong bosses special skills) which usually means losing hp that cannot be healed back by Aventurine, while Fu xuan can heal with her ult and her dmg mitigation always stays up.
@@luciel_sama It doesn't, he sustains MoC 12 without letting the boss touch your hp bar.

And you didnt mention clara. Who actually benefits a crapload from advent. Since advent will generate 2 stacks, 1 from ally hit + 1 from clara fua.
You fogot clara is bad with shielder, it make her counter not activated
@@Telaso69 thats blade, clara counters as long as she is hit, not as long as she takes damage, this is why march was used with her

Personal opinion.
Worth getting if: your going for pure fua team.
Not worth getting: if you already have acheron/kafka/bs/ruan mei + dhil optimal team or JL optimal team. And have gepard and either/both huohuo/fu.
His kits good but if your that stacked he's just not worth rolling for compared to future units.
The only good thick shield right now is gepard, fire tb shield is really small.Gepard lost to fx in terms of sustain, mainly because he cant spam his shield. But now theres aventurine who can spam thick shield every turn (and also stack the shield). I think he is better than Fu Xuan. Fx weakness is high aoe dmg, and in the future there will be a lot of it. 2.2 new weekly boss is one of it.
can an ATUAL leaker leak the full offline version of game so ppl can play it 30 years later for "nostaligia" instead being told eff off servers are gone?
7:44 im sorry but aventurine ability as a pure sustainer are definitely better than Fu Xuan, the thing is he does not provide the comfort fu xuan provides with her CR buff, but make no mistake he is without a doubt as a pure sustainer the most efficient in the game, still i will use my fu xuan in most scenarios because of comfort and because the sustain he provides is so strong that the only place we can fully make use of it for now is in SU. Great video regardless
possibly, i think its not far-fetched to believe that aventurine could beat out FX considering everything else he provides

The thing with fu xuan is., If she doesnt Die you win., The thing with aventurine is before he dies all of your teamates dies first then you lose
Shield is one of the best sustain in the game, now with aventurine who can spam thick shield every turn, i beliave he could be better than Fx.The problem with Fx is High Aoe dmg, more over if you get that one SU destruction blessing 😂.
@Telaso69 yeah, I'm talking specifically about the power to keep your team alive, I think aventurine will undoubtedly be the best sustain for this purpose, but still the utility the likes of huo huo and fu xuan provide can show to be much more desirable on certain comps, that's why I think aventurine's value for a f2p new player is pretty much imensurable, the exact opposite can be said about old players, if you don't like FUA I really think the only place he will shine is SU (At least for now, can't be sure about the future tho)
Wait till they drop a enemy that keeps draining your teammates hp and then releases another sustain to counter it

The worst part about this for me is that I already built Aventurine and I have a guarantee for him with 46 pity and 116 wishes saved. I wanted him and his LC maybe, the go for Boothill E0S1. HOWEVER, I then found out Robin is the missing FUA Harmony unit I'm missing! Now I have to pick between her and my favorite robo cowboy! 😢

@maevethefox5912 Is she coming in 2.2? I know it's possible she and Topaz might because they were rumoured for 2.1 but didn't, but until the livestream at the end of the month, I'd say you're hopefully fine. I hope you get your Fu Xuan! It's rare I see teams without her lol.
@The_Celestial_Fox it's Topaz and either Fu Xuan or Argenti. I'm still not sure if I'm hoping for getting her sooner or for more time to save.
@maevethefox5912 My guess would be FX rerun. Argenti came out a couple versions after her and if the trend is anything to go by, they'll do her before him. The only one who got a rerun out of order so far is Jing Yuan.
But I'm usually wrong guessing with a 50/50, so what do I know 😆
