Problem with South Park post covid is that it's turning into North Park. As someone who's had a career in architecture and been involved in restaurant development, had always thought that liqueur licenses were difficult to obtain and for a good reason. Apparently not in South Park the past year or so where it seems that about every other business here now serves alcohol when only a few years ago, the ratio was appropriate for family friendly neighborhood. Great for the new businesses that have popped up but not so great when living here. Otherwise yes South Park is a wonderful part of town.

I love your hood! Such a fun and unique neighborhood in SD
The homes look beautiful .When i lived in San Diego for 4 years I don't remember South Park! How about golden Hill? Or have you already done one.
Golden Hill is great! I'll definitely get there
I wonder where I can find Randy Marsh there lol.
Wrong South Park my friend
@@DanPBestLifeSD OH, Right. I heard Stan visited San Diego at one time. Weirdest Day of my Life!
I was looking for Cartman and i ended up here. But I do live in North Park, which is better than South Park🤣 Just kidding...good video.
It looks like Marty Mcfly's Hill Valley
you should put your face on the thumbnail, I saw this in my feed yesterday and did not open it up because I did not think it was you.
Well technically it's on there just really small! But good to know, thanks for the feedback!
Your "Left Channel Only" audio is, in my opinion, the suck.
Yup that was a lesson learned! We fixed it after this shoot.
