This vlogs helps me so much in all the different ways, and thanks for answering my question about suplements, cheers and keep doing this premium content!
Hey Jamie - loving the content, masters swimmer myself and love the insight your videos give into the day to day of your swimming life... been really insightful and helpful. Currently dealing with a dilemma where I have just gotten under 26s for a 50 free but still cant for the life of me break 1 min in the 100 :D Quite possibly the best end to a video I've ever seen
@@fawer.3735 I think rather than specifically lower back mobility we need upper back and glute mobility and strength most. Pre training exercises like thread the needle, side lying open ups, worlds greatest stretch, glute bridges, single leg rdl, clams. And then in the gym getting strong at pull-ups, rowing, and hamstring movements
Quality content Jamie, I find myself waiting for weekly uploads. I hope your channel will blow up soon, it's totally worth it. Good luck at nationals.
Thanks mate! I’m trying my best to keep it informative and authentic 👊🏻

It’s all habit mate, I had a few evenings of downing water then being up pissing all night. Soon gets you in the habit of drinking more in the day!

@@JIngramSwimming you´re a life saver, tysm!

I trained in Hawaii for a couple of months in autumn 2022, but never put too much thought into training in America full time
