    I demoed a tale 120 last season and personally I'll stick with my Timbersled with tss shock and trio as well.

      I haven’t ridden it enough to really say yet but I’ll say it impressed me by not trenching in the deep powder and it seemed to get around really well. It definitely felt very “dirt bike” like. But ya, I’m really loving my riot3 at the moment

      It looks like a camso track, but 120 instead of 129. Ya, 2.5”

    What kind of track does the rale kit use? 2.5" lugs?

      The rale fad has faded. Still love my riot. I have two of them now

      Im looking more at mtn sleds (free ride) and how there suspension is set up compared to vertical shocks like riot and arrow that push track into the snow.
      You know where my minds going? it appears yet to be determined by the masses in the snow.
      I do agree the rale fad has faded. I think the next year or so will see the riot fad fade.
      Polaris will likely see some changes in suspension design to compensate

    Do you use the tss shock?

    • @jethro450
      @jethro450  2 роки тому +1

      I’ve now tried both tss w/ the x-tune and the solid strut. There’s a slight loss of climbing ability with the tss but overall I like it better just to smooth things out

    • @jethro450
      @jethro450  2 роки тому +1

      It still climbs dang good with the tss.

      What about for jumping?

    • @jethro450
      @jethro450  2 роки тому +1

      @@andrew0275 it still seems to do that just fine. The benefits of float and traction out weigh the minor losses in nimbleness and maneuverability

    • @andrew0275
      @andrew0275 2 роки тому +1

      I have always used a fixed strut just because the shock is expensive but I was thinking about buying one so thanks for the response! Keep making the snowbike videos they are awesome!
