You appear to have installed the spring washer backwards on your countershaft sprocket. Other than that, great video. C3's heated bars are very much worth it! You asked for ideas to protect your ECM and wiring; have you considered using some urethane coated fabric (some dry bags are made of it)? Easy to cut and conforms well to irregular shapes/surfaces. Would probably hold up better than the polyethylene milk jug guard in cold temps.
Are you talking the washer on the outside of the sprocket? I just put that one back the same way it came off, it has been like that since I bought the bike new. But I could be wrong lol. Thanks for the idea, I’ll look into it. I used a cutting mat and heated it till it formed but yea it’s not pretty. I’ve only had it out for a very short ride but the heated bars were amazing.
Hi Braden : Good video , I enjoyed it , easy to follow . Have you ever installed a twin ski , independent front end on a snow bike ? I don't see them very often , they appear very innovative and modern .
