fun tip if you can’t play the Dm chord the way it’s meant to be played: i bar the three strings with my thumb, it’s not a totally accurate position but it works for me 😅

Thank you very much for this tutorial. This is very clear and helpful to me. May I offer one suggestion/request as a student and teacher. Perhaps consider starting each playing section with a count. Perhaps 3...4....play or (1 2 3 4). I found myself being just behind as you started each section. Thanks again for taking the time to share your knowledge.

(1) The original key is F-sharp, nor Em, and (unlike on the guitar) you don't need a capo on a uke to play in the key of F-sharp (2) There are three strum patterns used in this timeless rock classic, not just one (3) feel free to ignore my comment - of course you know that people post negetive comments out of their own pain, and of course your playing is genius, and I simply had a bad day))))) (4) I did NOT press the dislike button, honest!

Little tips in order to play Em is to play G and just add the forth finger on the 4 fret of the 2nd string

Notice: on the 1st time he says "about you now", you go actually from C for 4 beats, to D for 4 beats, to A for 8 beats.

Very good tutorial well explained thanks !
I really appreciate you spending the time making this video but the problem I have is reading the chords at the bottom. When reading normal text, your eyes scan ahead and don't read each individual word, and it is the same for reading the chords for me. I need to be able to read ahead and anticipate the shape of the next chord before its played, otherwise, I lose my timing and place. I know "everyone's an expert" but I'm not quick enough without forewarning of the next chord that is at the beginning of each new line. Thanks for the video.
