This is a great speech by President Musevini, from time he took office to this day he President Musevini always has the vision and ideas of what it will take Uganda to achieve development status and that has earned him an international respect for his true and honest vision. Despite his decades stay in power, he Mr. Musevini has built grass root democracy in Uganda that hasn't been seen in many African countries. My only concern in this speech by President Musevini is that, he shouldn't have used his tribal language in between his speech because he is addressing the whole Uganda and most importantly he has African Heads of States during this state of union address.
