(Crazy thought) how about building a bad ass duck boat rather than turning everything you find into a my first bass boat. Even better, build a boat for a utilitarian that likes to hunt all winter, perch fish all spring, and cruise the river in the summer.

Hell of a build. That engine cowling would hold a seat base for a fishing seat.
That was the plan. The customer wanted to install it himself.
