Yes you can try with lemon juice.

Method will be the same as i used for other juices, but you need to keep the ratio 1:3 . Means 1 part of lemon juice and 3 parts of water.
Then use this juice. The rest recipe will remain the same.

What is the shelf life?

As I didn't use any preservative, so it can be used within a week without refrigeration, and one month in the fridge. It is recommended to keep this in the dry and cool place without humidity.
