You say you're doing a clone of the PAP Trio15. Can you share details?
At this point in time I must continue the journey down the Linkwitz mini trail because I don't have the space right now for big speakers. That changes before too long and space will be abundant. When the time comes something like the Linkwitz 521, a PAP clone, or a GR Research open baffle will enter the picture. I found a PAP clone at the lautsprecher.de website that uses a Tang Band W8-1772 as a substitute for the considerably more expensive Voxativ.
I bought the Pass balanced ASP board for the LXmini+2 and appreciate the fact it has so much flexibility.
    Thanks for what you're doing.

How come you switch off the F6 when changing cables ?

Just a habit I have. In years past I have blown amps and speakers while changing cables so to be safe I always switch off. I recall changing speaker cables and shorted the banana plugs then 'pop' one knackered amp and drive unit.

Are you not afraid that you ruin the performance using SMPS power supplies. I have had no good experiences with them i HiFi applications.

I find this a strange comment as many 'hi end' mainstream manufactures (world wide) use SMPS supplies in there products, CD players, Power amps/preamps etc. The list is endless.

@@thediyaudioimplementers1826 Yes the list i endless with manufactures that use cheaper and smaller devices, to make more profit, and make devices more wife friendly. That does not mean they are good.
