also the raven to Maleficent, could be argued that it is aiding her in some of her crimes. afther all it do scout for her her and is telling her where to find the girl. i think that arthurs legal guardien could also have been on this list, atleast his family member/friend, emotional abuse (maybe) wreckless endangerment of a child for sending arthur into the forrest knowen to be filled with dangerous animals, and potentialy assult or threatening to assult someone.

@@szweetsztuff Well, that part where she lied to the Duke may not necessarily be considered perjury, because it's not really possible to consider lying to a royal official perjury and the closest crime in a case like that is false statement to a government official.

Maleficent even kidnaps Prince Phillip and holds him hostage too, and doesn't think of letting him go until he is old, she is a very dangerous individual, who knows what potential powers she could of unleashed on not just the whole kingdom but maybe even the Whole world if the good fairies hadn't stepped in to free Prince phillip
I’d argue that Kaa and Shere Khan would get more lenient sentences since they’re animals and as such in Kaa’s case he’s just trying to get food and as for Shere Khan, him attacking Baloo and Mowgli is standard animal behavior so yeah.
Furthermore in Shere Khan’s case, Baloo is a sloth bear, and tigers in real life do eat sloth bears, so it’s not unreasonable for the tiger to use that defense to try and get a lighter sentence. Plus, the reason he hates man is because of the red flower (or fire) and so that makes him sacred of fire, so he could also use the defense that he was only trying to defend his natural habitat from fires.
Also, in Kaa's case, he didn't openly attack Mowgli; if you watch both scenes, Kaa just happened to spot the boy at a time when it was convenient for him. I'm also certain that Kaa wouldn't do anything if he didn't have an empty stomach beforehand.
I kind of thought that Smee should get community service. Also, pretty much all pirates got the death penalty back then when captured so I was kind of thinking that that is maybe what Hook would get. Also, I kind of thought that Peter Pan (for taking and endangering kids, concerning what he did with Wendy and her siblings) would be here. However, he did return them soon after (the Lost Boys don't count for his "kidnapping" since all of them had been abandoned by their parents) and he dedicated his life to protecting Neverland (Hook wanted to plunder it of it's resources, so Peter cut off his hand in an attempt to make Hook his target) so I think he should get some community service if we're not going to let him off (maybe working with kids, under supervision).
I think you should take a look at Fluteless's videos that detail each and every crime that the Disney villains get up to. Hook in particular has multiple counts of attempted murder, one actual murder, false imprisonment, kidnapping, and piracy. All tallied up, Hook would receive the death penalty for sure.
You are lastly lucky to point out that she was not only leading witchcraft, she also placed a curse on her & as soon as Aurora would touch it, she would not only be guilty of Aurora's attempted murder, she'd also be guilty of kidnapping but you've only mentioned 1 count when there shall be 2 counts. Not just the one where she holds Aurora hostage in her castle but where she also kidnaps Prince Phillip and falsely imprisons him in the Forbidden Mountain.
That's also a very safe sentence to hand down to Anastasia and Drizella. Because even though they were a conspiracy to their mother abusing their step-sister, she also abused them too, we can't forget. Let's just be glad that they ain't anything like Jasper and Horace or Hook and Smee, just to shut y'all up!
Cruella’s sentence is funny, Madam Mim is actually kinda cute. I feel kinda bad for Mr. Smee, he is much nicer in Jake and the Neverland Pirates. I never knew Shere Khan bit Baloo on the bottom. In the live action films, King Louie became a villain, and didn’t Melleficent turn over a new leaf?
You guys forgot about the other two villains of the Disney Renaissance which are the poachers Percival McLeach from The Rescuers Down Under and Clayton from Tarzan!
For Precival McLeach - Poaching, animal cruelty, kidnapping and attempted murder, I'm not sure how the laws in Australia work but he'd likely be given either a prison sentence or the death penalty. Clayton - Poaching, animal cruelty, attempted murder, murder, imprisonment.
@@carminecdinoproductions Oh agreed there! There is still more of that I think they have to do and maybe they’ll get covered later. I’m just saying why they were forgone in this particular one.
Please do a Part 4 because you guys forgot the other two Disney Renaissance villains and you should cover other villains like Snow White’s Evil Queen as well as Namari, King Candy, Gothel, Yzma, and other villains!
I'm surprised Peter Pan himself wasn't on here. He did cut off Hook's hand and threw it to the crocodile. Also, I am pretty sure the Indians would have been charged with assault and kidnapping when they attacked the boys, even though they aren't villains and were just looking for the chief's daughter, who was kidnapped by Hook. The mermaids should also be charged with assault and attempted murder, but again, they weren't villains. When it comes to Peter Pan, almost everyone is guilty of at least one crime.
True. If we remember why Sebastian got included a few videos ago, then I think the reason they didn’t include him is because Peter Pan was not an antagonist at any point in the movie and more just childish. Even Woody who was the hero was the antagonist to Buzz Lightyear for a good portion of Toy Story.
Anastasia tremaine later redeemed herself in the 3rd movie by defying her mother and helping Cinderella stop her. She was officially pardoned by the king and Cinderella allowed her to live with her. She didn’t care about power and money. She wanted someone who truly loved her. She only went with her mother’s plan because of the manipulation and her treatment growing up.
I actually really like this series. By the way, I think you forgot Lucifer from Cinderella. I’m assuming the villains from Alice in Wonderland and Lady and the Tramp will be covered in a different video or would you rather not do them?
There’s a play on Disney Cruise Line where Lady Tremaine, Anastasia and Drizzella are forced to be servants to their wicked Stepfather after failing to uphold a deal they made with him.
In defence of Jasper and Horrace, in the end credits of the 101 Dalmatians sequel, they have shown not to be locked up and have opened a flower shop. From what I looked up, the Dearly's have forgiven the Badduns of their crimes and apparantly they turned a new leaf
I feel like Anastasia should maybe get fewer years of community service than Drizella because she is redeemed in the sequels and marries the baker. I agree with all your other rankings for putting the villains & henchmen on trial.
I was thinking the same thing going into this video until they said they weren’t looking at the sequels due to the fact that their status as canon is a known grey area. Because of that rule and since it didn’t happen yet, that redemption didn’t count.
Wait. King Louie doesn't get trialed? He had the monkeys kidnap Mowgli, and wouldn't let him go when the boy told him he doesn't know how to make fire. Why wasn't he on trial?
Watching Cinderella has helped me to fully realize how blessed I am to have such a wonderful relationship with my own stepmom, to the point that she's been more than just my stepmom. She is, and will always be my 2nd mom to me.

Honestly, I think Peter, the lost boys and the Native Americans should get charges as well. They make it clear that they are constantly fighting, and the natives kidnap, and it seems Peter does the same. The chief says “sometimes you win, sometimes we win.”
Peter Pan cuts Hook's hand and fed it to a crocodile, kills kids if they grow up, commits fraud and kidnapping, torment Hook even though he is already had enough with it, abuses kids and even steals Hook's ship. Peter Pan is no different from Captain Hook

Considering Kaa’s crimes, I feel like he should also get a few brainwashing or coercion charges as well, since he technically uses a form of hypnosis several times throughout the film. Such a charge also leads into his two attempted murders as well, since the technique is used before both attempts to eat Mowgli.

If she were charged in her movie, I imagine the use of magic itself would be a non-factor, but her other crimes would stand. She would definitely be hit with multiple counts of attempted murder at the bare minimum.
Say what you will about the sequels from Disney Toon, but I appreciate how they included proper defeats for villains such as Cruella, Shere Khan, and Lady Tremaine, something that can't be said for the original films.
To elaborate more, as a little kid, I never felt like Shere Khan was gone for good. His defeat felt merely temporary to me, and I imagined that he would eventually be back. Therefore, his return and desire for revenge in The Jungle Book 2 makes perfect sense, and his defeat in that movie felt totally permanent, which I really appreciated as a kid. Though I can see why others wouldn't feel the same way about it.

Cruella should get 50 years in jail, captain Hook 30 years in jail, maleficent 100 years. They committed a lot of crimes. They need to be behind bars and not see day light ever again. The villian in swords of the stone was a silly villains, she should get only a year as she seemed the least evil, Sher Khan should get 100 years, dangerous tiger. Lady Tremaine should get life in jail for abu
Lady Tremphaine should be sentenced for life and made work as she abused Cinderalla and Anastasia. She won't have the last laugh, she is a terrible stepmother. Cinderalla should had confronted her stepmother. Hook was so arrogant, he get 50 years, he's no Jack Sparrow, Horace and Jasper should had got 69 years for breaking and robbing and stealing. They deserve no puppies. They should be made to work and to wear prison uniforms.
I know he isn’t a villain, but I think Merlin from Sword in the Stone would be accused of reckless endangerment, considering all the trouble he gets Arthur into.

Awesome 👏
I actually really like this series. By the way, I think you forgot Lucifer from Cinderella. I’m assuming the villains from Alice in Wonderland and Lady and the Tramp will be covered in a different video or would you rather not do them?
Yeah! I want the villains added to the list!
The Wonderland Villains could be tricky to charge since they only existed in Alice's dream.
I was wondering where The Walrus and The Carpenter, The Cheshire Cat and The Queen and King of Hearts and thier card army were
That’s what I just said!!!
There’s a play on Disney Cruise Line where Lady Tremaine, Anastasia and Drizzella are forced to be servants to their wicked Stepfather after failing to uphold a deal they made with him.
4:17 Madam Mim is popular here in the netherlands, her stories commonly appear in Donald Duck Weekblad.
I was looking for this comment-
I was thinking the same thing going into this video until they said they weren’t looking at the sequels due to the fact that their status as canon is a known grey area. Because of that rule and since it didn’t happen yet, that redemption didn’t count.
@@markwilson4078 well yeah
@@markwilson4078 Valid point. It’s too bad the sequels did not count.
Wait. King Louie doesn't get trialed? He had the monkeys kidnap Mowgli, and wouldn't let him go when the boy told him he doesn't know how to make fire. Why wasn't he on trial?
Yeah, I was expecting him to get hit with a trial also. That wouldn’t have gotten him off too easy.
Watching Cinderella has helped me to fully realize how blessed I am to have such a wonderful relationship with my own stepmom, to the point that she's been more than just my stepmom. She is, and will always be my 2nd mom to me.
I love this video
You all should do at list on good characters that committed crimes.
He actually did do some heroes in other videos.

@@emoji3266 Just comment that. Don’t spam in the reply sections.
@@ludexia5338 I know but I mean main characters like for example Fin, Steven, Star, and Spongebob. Even though they're good characters they have committed a bunch of crimes throughout their shows.
I'm pretty sure, Lady Tremaine would also lose custody of her children.
Does seems fair enough along with her sentence to prison for a long time.
She should
One possible goof is piracy was also considered a capital offense so captain hook and mr smee would also be facing the death penalty.
You Should do perhaps some vids on the animated disney studios villains (movies from like year 2000) , and no i dont mean Pixar.

Villains like
1. Syndrome ( The Incredables 1)
2. Charles Muntz ( UP)
3. AUTO (Walle)
etc
@@cameronspeed6358 AUTO probably doesn’t count since it’s a robot
@@emoji3266 I think they might still try AUTO regardless since it still played as the villain. Besides, if they can charge Woody and Sebastian in a Villains video, then AUTO is definitely not out of bounds.
You should do Snow White’s villains and Tangled’s villains
Honestly, I think Peter, the lost boys and the Native Americans should get charges as well. They make it clear that they are constantly fighting, and the natives kidnap, and it seems Peter does the same. The chief says “sometimes you win, sometimes we win.”
Peter Pan should deserve the death penalty
Peter Pan cuts Hook's hand and fed it to a crocodile, kills kids if they grow up, commits fraud and kidnapping, torment Hook even though he is already had enough with it, abuses kids and even steals Hook's ship. Peter Pan is no different from Captain Hook
Peter Pan: Phew looks like I am safe from that
Louie: Me too
Why am I trying to imagine legitimate animated court cases for each of them.
Brilliant ❤ 👏👏👏
@Emo ji stay out of my comment!
We need a sentencing for Percival C. McLeach and Clayton.
We also need the Disney Golden Age villains, the Bronze/Dark Age villains, the Post-Renaissance/Experimental Era villains (including Dr. Facilier) and the Revival Era Villains

I like the way you said iconic.
9:22 think she deserved something harsher as at the end of movie she lied to a government official and locked Cinderella away before the prince and his officials came along.
Oh definitely! 30 years was far too light for her. 55 at an absolute minimum, no chance of parole, but I would also be on board with giving her a life sentence.
Here’s my charges:
Enslavement
Treason
Attempted usurpation
Domestic abuse
Sabotage
Brainwashing
Unlawful transformation
Attempted murder
Conspiracy
Animal cruelty
Theft
Torture
Child abuse
Fraud
Psychological abuse
Abuse of power
False imprisonment
Falsified to a government official
Malicious destruction of property
I love this trend!
What about Peter Pan kidnapping children and cutting the hand of captain hook and feeding it to a crocodile
Part 4 can’t wait
I guessing there's still more parts in the pipeline, because I'm still waiting for Grimilda/The Evil Queen from Snow White.
Wouldn’t King Louie be guilty of Kidnapping? lol not saying Louie is a Villain, but he is an antihero lol

when was he shown
What if Disney Golden age villains were charged for their crimes
do a villan artifacts weak to powerful
Meet The robinsons good to evil !!!
9:55 hypnosis, which could also count as brainwashing, is a crime too.
Considering Kaa’s crimes, I feel like he should also get a few brainwashing or coercion charges as well, since he technically uses a form of hypnosis several times throughout the film. Such a charge also leads into his two attempted murders as well, since the technique is used before both attempts to eat Mowgli.
But Kaa is an animal that kills for survival. He also didn't brainwash Mowgli, he hypnotized him to sleep so he could eat him.
Look, I’m no expert in criminology, alright!
@WickedBinge Okay, so far I have 3 requests.

By any chance are you planning on doing this for Disney channel villains too ?
In all fairness with Madam Mim, Merlin ALSO uses magic, if he get to do it, I think she should get a pass for that
If she were charged in her movie, I imagine the use of magic itself would be a non-factor, but her other crimes would stand. She would definitely be hit with multiple counts of attempted murder at the bare minimum.
@@markwilson4078 It was a duel that both parties consented to, and I'm pretty sure you couldn't be charged for murder in a duel.
For me shmee deserves to community service
Hey can you do OddBalls (a new Netflix series) Good to evil?
Say what you will about the sequels from Disney Toon, but I appreciate how they included proper defeats for villains such as Cruella, Shere Khan, and Lady Tremaine, something that can't be said for the original films.
Shere Khan was properly defeated in the original. Mowgli burned his hide and sent him panicking away, thus making him a laughing stock of the jungle.
Maleficents my favorite villain!
Anyone else think they should’ve included Peter Pan?
Edit: And before anyone says he is a hero, Woody was also hero was in court
Although not the main hero, Sebastian was another one on the good side they sentenced. Beast too
Jasper and Horace (One Hundred and One Dalmatians)
Cruella de Vil (One Hundred and One Dalmatians)
Madam Mim (The Sword in the Stone)
Mr. Smee (Peter Pan)
Captain Hook (Peter Pan)
Anastasia and Drizella (Cinderella)

*Cruel* la *de vil*
Cruel and Devil.
Shere Khan also murdered both of Mowgli's parents, in the book if not the movie.
Sentencing cruella de vil in 101 years in prison.
Palpatine: "Ironic".
Peter Pan actually was a villain in a certain way:
Kidnapping, he took Wendy, John, and Micheal without the permission from their parents
you forgot King Loui and his kidnapping of Mowgli.
I suggest villain sentencing for the bronze and dark ages of Disney
Can you do Disney Villains from Disney’s Dark Age like Edgar from The Aristocats, Prince John, Madame Medusa, Amos Slade, Horned King, Ratigan and Sykes from Oliver and Company?
I think Tremaine should just lose custody of her daughters
Do part 4 include
Edgar
Queen of Hearts
John Silver
Bill Sykes
Yzma
Hans
King Candy
Prins John
Bellwether

I'd love to see them analyze Chief Cruz.
You should do the crimes of the Non Disney Villains including Sir Rothbart.
Also, what about Madame Medusa and Mr. Snoops from the Rescuers? Were they silver age though?
no
What about Maleficent’s goons and her raven? What charges would they face? Aiding and abetting?
Their only crimes shown on screen was the attacks on Prince Phillip, and that was under her orders.
in one of the sequels to Cinderella, Anastasia does get redeemed.
You forgot to mention that Horace and Jasper are also guilty of Attempted Deception as they first attempt to enter by posing as Utility Officials.
Here's how I would punish the villains
Maleficent receives no punishments because it would practically be impossible to even arrest her ,try to arrest her and she would have already destroy the kingdom before anyone could reach her this is the mistress of all evil we are talking about she is way too powerful , also she is my favourite.
Lady tremaine gets 30 years in prison without parole,
The daughters will attend therapy and do community service,
Hook gets 30 years in prison,
Madam mim will be sent to a psychiatric hospital ,
And about the rest I don't care.
