I think your ICE 711 livery is so “cool”! I’m sorry the RC plane wont fly and I hope you can get it to work. I have an RC plane as well but a propeller broke off and I can’t find any replacement propellers. Also congratulations on 60k! :D

you should buy a eflight umx aircraft if you like small planes they have all the working control surfaces and are made in the usa just dont have recractable gear that in the bigger ones

Very nice livery! Too bad the plane won't work.
Here's a suggestion: Maybe try and take the control board from your old plane and put it in the new one. I have the same plane, and you can disconnect the motors (there is a small plug connecting both of them). You can access the board by unscrewing the wing at the top.
Another option is to just clean the board. It's worth a try...

Love that new livery. Apart from it having a similar appearance to Etihad airways, I also get vibes of United Airlines coming onto it hence the blue colors. Also congratulations on 60k subs!!

hey, I have a tip: put tape over the parts made of paper, like the Icelandic flag, and the logo, this makes it less likely to come off when it gets wet.
I'm already planning for my airline in the future, it seems you've already started yours's early! I'm currently looking at actual prices for aircraft for me to buy because I want to have planes that are as cheap as possible to buy.
I was in Iceland and need to say the airlines there are good and I am sure yours will be able to be good too

Someone I know has a very similar RC plane, they need to bind it every time they fly
just a suggestion, again, add a little nose weight to your rc plane like 2 dimes or so. Flying characteristics will improve

Hi ice, i had a plane like this before. I Had the same issue. Its almost always the copper coil. These chinese manufacturers use 0.3mm with it really small. To fix your plane you need:
A) take the board out of the plane
B) unsolder the power wires board- battery plug
C remove all plastic parts
D) put it in a ultrasonic cleaner( if you dont have one use isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush
E) use your soldering station/gun and remove the faulty component(its the one thats generating the most heat proably the coil tho)
F) buy a new one or make one yourself. You'll need to buy a new copper wire, desolder the coil and replace the old one with the new one.
G) if its still broken check all the resistors (check if thay are conducting using a multmeter)
H) check if all the board connections on the pcb are good
I) if all of the above failed, try putting in a microwave or an oven. It should melt the tin and hopefully restore ducked connections.
