Thanks for posting this Joe. Great to see they are improving this, but surprising they would release it with such obvious bugs. Uneekor definitely need to up the QA on their releases.

they havent released, its beta for that exact reason
would probably be good to let everyone know this is not an oficial release, you only get that if you have sign up for beta toggled on your launcher settings. There is a reason betas exist, to test, report bugs and fix before oficial release.
It is a BETA release. Not going to be perfect. I love the directions it’s going in tho.
My guess is the reason it’s slower is because it’s transferring the data and video at the same time. I submitted feedback that to speed it up, so the numbers first, then transfer the video a few seconds later.
Yes absolutely 👍 I agree. I think it's fantastic! So much more functionality.. I love the impact vision I think it's one of the coolest things with the device.
How bizarre the strike video is flipped?? Wild QA there. I really hope the shot delay doesn’t stick around.
Thanks for posting, I’d have never ever seen this since I always launch view for the strike cam-really looking forward to using the connector in the future though.
Yeah it's a bit mad... I think they have full time testers as well. I can't do the shot delay 😭 I'm going to have to test a few different connection methods. I think it might not be there if I hardwire directly to my PC.
Yeah I love using view for the impact vision but it bogged down laptop too much running it and GS Pro. Hopefully this new 3rd party connector is the answer! Best of both worlds. And it's much better for EML users. What I did notice is it looks like they are now using the top camera for the video replay! I swear it was always the bottom camera
@@JLagGOLF I find the impact view best used as a verification mechanism, meaning, “what happened with that one” and I look and see and understand. Most of the time you kinda know from the feel and the ball reaction.

The Mevo + has been like this for a while. I usually have it up on the laptop screens and GsPro on the big TV. There is a shot delay with the Mevo + as well.
Hey Joe… I know you have access to beta so is this there for every one with an EyeMini? I like this a lot the delay won’t bother me as I do not have projection as I am hitting into a net. By the time I focus on the screen to the side the shot will be in the air. My first thought on that slice was the shape was backwards like the impact video… that would be really bad. In the view software when you use the club impact screen there often is a delay on my setup, if it’s just numbers then it flies right thru.
That is good to know! I hadn't noticed that. Yes you will be able to access it if you go to the settings in the Uneekor launcher and tick the box that says test beta or download beta updates. I can't remember the exact wording and I'm not in my Sim. But once you select that check box you will be able to get it 👍👍
@@JLagGOLF the big miss here is that when using this connector, standard “View“ seems to not be available so there is no way to provide feedback with data. Hope that gets added. It’s possible that they could change the event priority order and/or have an option to make the video play on a button click only instead of automatically every time as it does now. That way we could have our cake and eat it too.
Do you need to pay for the third-party connector to use GsPro?
Yes Uneekor has a paid yearly subscription to use the 3rd party connector
Saying it's not much delay, but it really is.
I got my Uneekor eye mini lite last week and blown away by it's accuracy and absolutely millisecond shot delay, especially compared to my R10.
But this looks more like the delay on the R10! :(
Hopefully this get's fixed before public release!
@@MatthewM770 its not oficial release of update, it will be fixed. Just dont update to beta untilnits fully released and here will be no shot delay

Yes I'm sure they are working on the delay 🤞🤞 if not it would be good to see 2 options so people can pick. That's my feedback anyway. I personally LOVE the new 3rd party connector! Just tighten up the delay slightly 😂

Well, bad news is there’s a shot delay, good news is that what the product looks like today probably won’t be what the product looks like in a day, a week, or a month. It’s weird always getting products that aren’t all the way baked.

if only they’d spend time updating the eye mini lite software too. Uneekor don’t put an ounce of effort into the lite. it’s like they don’t care about it.

Is there anyway to just keep using the old connector if you don't use the video of swing during sim course play or is it gone?
I was looking for it!! Unfortunately I can't see an option to roll back. I would do it right now tbh as the shot delay......... Omg 😱 it really is noticeable to me.
@@JLagGOLF Going to upgrade my Garmin R10 to the Eye Mini Light next week and not looking forward to a shot delay...love my R10 but ready for true ball flight and spin and more room in my sim.
@@JLagGOLFthere is an option just untoggle the beta update on settings, reinstall the launcher. The new 3PC is beta

The annoying thing is, consumers are paying uneekor $200 a month for 3rd party software functionality, and the product just gets worse. To me, seems like their overhead launch monitors are much better than their portable ones.
The industry is ready for a reliable portable camera based launch monitor that’s under $3000, is a one time purchase, is free of these annual fees and is fully compatible with all 3rd party software.
A lot of us don’t need every metric measured, we just want to play accurate simulator golf!
its called a beta chill lol unless you have sign up for beta toggled youre still on the same version. The reason beta exists is so people can test, report bugs so they can fix before official release. People like to complain about everything LMAO
