0:40 Chemo port के advantages क्या होते हैं?
Chemotherapy की cycle में मरीज़ को हर बार कई needles का सामना करना पड़ता है जिस से मरीज को दर्द भी होता है और chemo port के कारण इस तकलीफ से आजादी मिलती है क्यों के chemo port होने की वजह से ना सिर्फ कैंसर के लिए drug बल्के हम दूसरी medicines भी खून के जरिए दे सकते हैं, जैसे की Saline इत्यादि।
1:45 Chemotherapy के लिए chemo port एक अच्छा option क्यों है?
Chemotherapy के लिए मरीज को जब IV line लगाई जाती है तब उस के हिलने का खतरा होता है जिस की वजह मरीज को दोबारा IV line लगाई जाती है और इस process में मरीज को दर्द भी महसूस होता है लेकिन chemo port के होने से chemotherapy के लिए IV line chemo port में लगाई जाती है जहा से उसके हिलने का खतरा नहीं होता है और ना ही मरीज को दर्द होता है।
2:25 क्या chemo port से infection फैलने का खतरा होता है?
जी नहीं, Chemo port लगाते समय सफाई का ध्यान रखते हुए alcohol वगैरा से साफ किया जाता है जिस से infection फैलने का खतरा नहीं होता है।
इस के अलावा chemo port की वजह से दूसरे tissues के damage होने का खतरा भी नही होता है।
3:50 क्या chemotherapy से खून की नसों को नुकसान पहुंचता है?
जी हां, जब भी chemotherapy दी जाती है तब खून की नसें जल जाती है जिस की वजह से धीरे धीरे नसें मिलना मुश्किल हो जाता है लेकिन chemo port की वजह से ये परेशानी भी नही होती है और और मरीज को नसों को नुकसान नहीं पहुंचता है।
