I made this. It was soo good! I am even planning to make this for a party event. To cook this for 16 people how much rice should we use? Also, how much grambu, patta and bay leaf should i use? Besides the fried rice , I am also making appam and porotta for the guest. Please help me out. This is the first time I am planning to do a bulk cooking.
