Thank You Thank You for your classes!!! I was obsessed with Ballet from 3yrs - 13yrs old taking several classes a week. Like many children i dreamed of being a professional dancer, I was I my way until my body decided to hit a large growth spurt leaving me at height of 5'11. I was devastated!!! I did continue classes but at a recreational level. A knee injury (ACL) took me out of classes for months; heartbroken again I never went back. I was still dancing for fun (My imagination allowed me to dance many repertoires lol) and I never gave ballet a chance again. A few years ago I searched out Adult Classes by none were available in my area. After being diagnosed with Bipolar last year and wanting to keep my body and brain active, i looked up classes on UA-cam and found your channel. I am now 56, still can do a full split (all 3 angles) and my leg extensions are almost where they should be. My forward leg is giving me trouble, does not want to extend past my chest straight up but I'm not giving up!!! To be fair though my flexibility is still good after years of streatching. I was very surprised I remembered a lot of positions etc. Lol😊. I have now installed a Barre and workout everyday.. I wanted you to know that by making a wee beginner video with your Mum has changed the mental/physical health of a long forgotten childhood dancer!! Break a Leg out there, blessings to you both.🎶👯

As a breast cancer survivor it has been highly recommended that i exercise I have recently finished treatment i am British and live in The Bahamas My sister Sally told me about this oh what joy I have just finished series one with my two left feet and thoroughly enjoyed it not perfect mind you Thank you thank you thank you it is really helping me exercise and also feel better

This is wonderful to use for morning stretches, strengthening and balance activities. My stepdaughter (age 40) and I (age 67) are now using your classes every day as a compliment to our elliptical, light weights and walking activities. I was so happy to find your UA-cam videos and then .... so excited to see your website. Thank you so much for helping us keep fit and enjoy movement to music.
