Good walk-through, mentioning some points that others always seem to think are not important, e.g. the 'junk' cupboard. This is essential in all homes (where do you put the vac and ironing board if there's no cupboard space?) But you started the video saying about the 'exit' don't know what you mean by that. Another point is, you say it is a highly sought after area, so why was it at auction, if it could have sold quickly? Willbe looking at some of your other vids. Looking forward to the reno on this one.

How did you come up with the cost of the refurb? Could you give some rough figures as to how you calculated it? Eg boiler and central heating is x amount Rewiring is x Kitchen is x Etc Thanks. Great video though!

The one I enjoyed most lately was the one discussing whether to buy one outright or multiple, my only issue is 1) I’m worried about the risk of two mortgages and 2) I don’t currently earn enough to get a mortgage I don’t think, so would this be an exception and a reason to buy one property in cash until I find a better job? Thanks so much!
Risk isn't for everyone but you'll need 25% in the property for a BTL ReMortgage so as long as you don't over leverage. Buy one in cash and refinance it?

I do appreciate your channel, so I’m not coming from a negative stand point. But I’m a property developer myself and can’t see how the maths stack up here.

The exit is what you might do if you don't want the property anymore
It is one I'd have gone for, the numbers are good for me and here it would rent for £700/ month.. The same house in Leicestershire £170K
