naalala ko back in 2010, bumili ng Vios 1.3 J yung tiyahin ko sa Toyota Commonwealth. cash nya binili kasi kaya naman nya, and yung ahente nya hindi masaya hehe. yung tiyahin ko stable ang pamumuhay (at maraming asset and properties), pero yun pa rin ang sasakyan nya even after a decade.
di rin totoo na pag lady driven, well kept. 7 years na ang nakakaraan nung nagpalit sya ng mga piyesa sa clutch.

Bibili kami dati ng 5th gen Hyundai Accent CRDI A/T and talagang titiisin na namin yung 1,038,000 pesos na price nya kahit ang daming kulang na features kasi diesel ang priority namin eh. Nagkataon na sabi ng bank may 200,000.00 pesos discount kami. Nagulat kami kasi sobrang laki nun and masaya kami kasi dapat lang talaga sa specs nya eh mga 838,000.00 nga lang naman dapat na presyo nya. Ayun naging project car na namin. Upgraded ko na head unit, center console, shark fin antenna at headlights nya. Next project namin for it are foglamps with DRLs then alloy wheels.

Hindi totoo yung 9. Marami pa rin ahente not just car reps pero kahit sa ibang industry, tumitingin pa rin on how you dress. Last time I went to Mitsubishi Otis, walang pumansin sa akin eh. lol

If you have the money, buy in cash. In the long run, you will end up paying a LOT because of interest rates kapag nag car loan. Kung may pera ka rin lang, magbayad ka ng cash kahit walang incentive na binibigay ang dealer.
As an example 125% or more thru installment is more expensive than 100% cash based transaction. So paying by installment is never cheaper.

I somewhat disagree about buy in cash vs installment.
I learned this rule about buying things in cash. If you have a ready cash 3x the price of the item you want then it means you can afford it. But if its "sakto lang", then its best to stick with installment basis.
yes but majority of the car buyers doesn't have enough money for in cash payments and are only buying cars for easier transportation, so the tip stands.
@@jabe9672 The tip of buying the car 125-130% the actual price? Its a sales trick actually. Imagine a 800k car with 25% interest becomes 1M. You can go to the higher variant for that, so the advise is as much as possible try to buy it in cash, but if your really NEED it then buy it in installment. Not just if you WANT, coz it is really more expensive.

Most Agents are scammers in a sense. they after your downpayment or money before everything else then when you pay wala naman Unit. then pahirapan pa bumawi ng downpayment

I stopped watching after I heard cash is not good. Wala na daw pang maintenace at emergencies. Eh pag hindi cash monthly amortization, maintenace, at emergency. Pag cash para wla lang yan maintenace hindi masyado mabigat. Ang sabihin ninyo hindi kayo mas magkakapera pag cash. LMAO!
Yung time value ng pera meaning dun.
Yung 1 Million pangit kapag ubusin agad.. At least yung monthly amortization may chance pa na mapaikot mo yung pera mo or magamit na yung kotse kasabay ng monthly income mo.
May interest nga na almost 50% pero 5 years naman... di ka na rin talo sa tagal at oras.
if may pera ka para magCash payment then good for you, pero kadalasan kasi if may 1million ka mas ok kung papaikotin mo ung atleast kalahati ng pera sa investments kasi kapag ginastos mo ung buong 1million sa isang bagay lang then dun pumapasok ung tinatawag ng mga investors na "patay na pera" meaning di na sya lalago and magdudulot pa ng gastos sayo, kasi cars are more of a liability rather than asset except maybe kung ginagamit mo sya para pagkakitaan.

I think po what Sir Stanley suggested if you really want to buy in cash make it sure you still have a extra money for maintenance and emergency fund.
