Vios XLE/XE is a good starter car. Less tech but will improve your skills and never have to rely on assists. Despite the stigma of "taxi" car, you can never go wrong with its reliability and maintenance cost.
Same sentiments. Got mine outfitted with leather steering wheel wrap and leather seats, those additions make it premium. Even our 2011 Camry only had cloth seats.
Question po, planning to buy the 1.3 XLE model. Ok lang po ba cya? Di po ba mahina ang sasakyan kahit naka 1.3L lang?

@@Uncle_Drew0227 If you have a higher budget I suggest going for an MPV like the BRV or the Hyundai Creta. The Vios’ space is adequate for your fam pero medyo kukulangin sa power when loaded at sasayad.

1st time car owner here, got a Nissan Kicks VL, sbrang convenient for New driver tulad ko, specially ung 360 Camera. Fun drive, tipid gas, sbrang daming features at exempted sa coding!

I currently drive an MG5. Highly recommended, esp the 150 Nm of torque of its 1.5 engine (same as the MG GT Alpha (non-turbo)). Plus affordable price, space, and amenities.
I also drove a Vios before. Very dependable and very durable.

Vios din plan ko yung GRS. Kaso yung colleague ko, kumuha sya ng Vios XLE, and he recommended just to get the Raize, kasi masyadong mababa ang vios kung lumabas daw sana yung Raize nung pagkuha nya, raize daw kukunin nya. Kaya naguguluhan ako sa dalawa. :D 😂😂
Im a first time car owner and got myself a Coolray. Feature to price point really is the best. So far its been great!

Ideal cars for first time buyers ay mga japanese brands, bukod sa availability ng partsat reliability, marami ka ring mahihingan ng tulong or info for maintenance or magkaproblema ka man sa car mo, lalo na yung mga shops sa area mo, di sasakit ang ulo mo kung sakali.
No to japanese EVs such as bz4x ariya here in the Philippines
Yan din iniisip ko, Susuki Ertiga or Geely Coolray injiisip ko
I would drop the Creta and go for CS35plus. Mas worth it p din Stargazer, same engine but more space.
Nissan Almera kung first timer na well rounded at play safe for its price

For first time car buyers, choose a car that are common on the streets specially taxis. Di baleng magmumukhang taxi, kung magkakaproblema matagal na ang kalahating araw niyan sa talyer. Kesa bago, moderno, maiinip ka maghintay sa piyesa dahil inoorder pa. Sayang buwanan mo kung hindi tumatakbo sasakyan mo.
