- I hope @everyone can take a couple of things away from today's STFC video! I give my primes ranked in the order I think is valuable, BUT, I also am giving YOU the tier maker sheet so you can rank them as well. Also, Silvis' sheet listing the primes is also available for any who need it. Finding what primes are valuable can be difficult, so now we have multiple ways for you to track!

This is blank, I need to assign primes to their tier slots...is this correct or should the tier list already be filled out?
Are there Primes that can be unlocked at 49 now that the Nx 01 and it's ridiculous warprange exist that you couldn't get with the help of Voyager?

@@TR-kk2bhNo need for Primes for that. It's on Ex-Borg favors. You need rep instead of that high ops level. I don't remember exactly, but NX can go over warp 1500 with those at T5.

The tribute primes are good if you buy them early on and only take them to the 1st level, for the extra drip of faction credits over the long time. You will need millions of credits in the late 50s.
The Disco prime was good when it came out. letting you start them big boi deep space madas so your alliance bigs can kill them for you. But we have a slew of ships that get warp range rather quick now so I don't know if its still worth the 150 for it.
BY& the time you get to the 50's, your credits supplies are quite generous.

good list, but since you're speaking at spending, you really should do a similar list vs cost/item (primes/artifacts/forbidden tech/etc etc etc...)... cause there are some items that you have to have to even begin to play on the INCREASING NUMBER OF LB's... and a ton of event that are being/have been converted to P2P (looking at you syn'd event)...
Awesome work! Just wondering - why is Syndicate Spike low priority? I figured anything that would move that loop faster would be important
Because there are so many Primes that cost Dolamide that are better (mainly prime efficient ship engineering and ship parts)
I am wondering the same thing. My parts and rss efficiency are both at lvl 6 and wondering if I should get the syndicate spike. Or dump more into the efficiency parts.

They increase the drop rate of hostile loot. That includes rep as well

If you're going to spend. I know it's a multi-tier one but for the guys in g5 territory the g5 building efficency 3/3 is HUGE!
Getting more let down by scopely and them not caring about players; we have been told for some time now they would be separating g5 and g6 players in slb's (its a 20 level gap and near impossibleto compete and get any rewards, that lower levels are getting), and the last slb has proven to me that it's time to speak with my wallet, stop buying packs for a while, and hopefully others do the same until they finally start to care
It has come to the point in the game, if you want to pvp then you spend heavily. If all you do is pve, then free to play is still viable. But the days of free to play being able to pvp or rank in leaderboards is in the past.
@@stevespencer8081PvE is starting to go away as they are creating new damage types and making those hostiles immune to the rest.
1. Reds that can nullify Crit damage.
2. Reds that are immune to all but Isolitic damage
3. One trick pony ships
I'm just waiting for the one trick pony ship that will have a currency to fire the weapons and a prime as the only source of the currency aside from the hostiles and I'm sure that the hostiles below lvl 50 won't supply enough of the currency to activate the weapons for a battle.

There are a few. I downgraded to fully F2P with the PvP month. Now I barely complete dailies and sometimes not even that.

Prime Isolytic Defense should be higher priority F2P IMO, 35% iso defense for one tier of research is crazy good.
PVP primes should all be bottom tier as well IMO. Not that I dont PVP, but with the way PVP typically works in this game the amount of encounters where the primes would make a difference are few and far between. Most PVP encounters are just win or lose based on some massive difference in power or crews. It is rare that an encounter is close, in my experience. Even if 10% of your PVP encounters are close enough that a prime would make the difference, you are still buying a prime that is only useful 10% of the time and only for PVP. Always a bad deal in my book.
A few more free primes would go a long way for all

Most of the old primes have been made redundant over time with the advent of new mechanics, officers and the new primes. I have all the ones free will allow for and paid for a few that make progression more manageable. And the critical floor one, making Xindi more doable. Scopely should make the old primes at least somewhat easier to get F2P. They won't, but it would be nice.
Surprised to see the new Apex Barrier prime in the A tier. I'm having a very hard time justifying £200 for 1000 apex barrier
he's still a salesman afterall, saying old techs aren't great is one thing, but can't have scopely's S-tier content creator shitting on the latest pack to buy.
Literally has nothing to do with it MightyVox. Scopely doesn't control my content, never has. I'll rightly tell them to f*ck off if they do :) (and they know that, which is why I have no issue commenting this knowing they'll read it).
I put the APEX Up there because that's the current META and future .if you're a spender, that's where the value is.
I made the mistake of buying the repair cost efficiency prime a while back, I think you may have rated it far too highly. Legitimately the only STFC purchase I truly regret, it does next to nothing for G4+ players.
Ever time I think of spending REAL money, the bugs, crashing, strange things not working - I say NO SPENDING REAL MONEY
Yall need to tell scopely to fix this mess. Players are dropping their activity which will lead to folks quitting in mass

If i went in depth the video would be 45-60 minutes long, hence why I just make the list and then happy to discuss more in things like the live streams.
By the time most free to play get a prime its useless
that's not really true. Even if something comes out that matches the prime, it still has value.
Yes and no due to the fact they replace them so quickly that by the time you get it free to play your already 2 to 3 new primes behind i wont shame a spender they keep the game alive but scopely needs to speed those tiny drips up as theres to much to do and not enough time to do everything and if you pick and choose what you wanna do you hurt your self in other ways later on
Prime syndi spike is nice sped along my syndicate grind up a good bit
@@goosem944 I like how scopely often releases newer primes that completely obsolete the older version of the same prime but then dont simultaneously reduce the prices of the old ones (syndicate prime +100%, syndicate spike +400%)
