Haniela, I absolutely LOVE watching you make cookies and cakes and flowers...all of it! You have such a fantastic speaking voice and you narrate so well. I am a self taught baker, and every time I want to learn something new or try something new, I always come and watch your videos! I get so many ideas and much of my inspiration from YOU! Please make more types of buttercream flowers. These were amazing! I’m so tired of roses and sunflowers on everything lol. These flowers were AWESOME!!
Yes please more tutorials on buttercream flowers! And thank you for sharing your tip for putting multiple colours of frosting onto plastic wrap then putting the plastic wrap into a piping bag. I'm absolutely going to try that!

Hi Haniela, Beautiful work and tutorial, thank you! I was wondering - how far in advance can the individual components be made? As in, how far in advance can I make the cake (unfrosted), buttercream, and flowers? How long could the cake and flowers be frozen for? And once the cake is assembled, how long can it be refrigerated for? I've got a pair of infant twins and want to plan ahead to make this for my aunt. Many thanks :)
Hi Hani! Gorgeous cake! The cherry blossoms are in full bloom where I live. I'd love to see a vid on constructing cherry or almond blossoms either in buttercream or royal icing for use on either cookies or a cake. Thanks, and keep the beauty coming! Hey Hani..... can you freeze each flower individually and then "glue" them in a pile instead of making them in a pile and then freezing it? if that made any sense
Hello, I heat a small amount of buttercream with food color, it activates the color pigment, then I stir it and add it to the remaining buttercream. I repeat the process until I'm happy with the color of the buttercream. Hope it help.
