More Information about the Exhaust based on the small issues I had with Xforce Exhaust but its not a big deal:
1) The XFORCE system is listed on our website for the LT1 1LE, so that explains the pipe touching the cooler lines
2) The center touching the chassis brace, which could be the Kooks header position setting the cat back height(header height is critical for catback fitment), normally it sits up and clears that the chassis brace by 1/2 inch to 1/4 " minimum
3) They do offer a non-valved version for those who want a basic fit-and-forget style system.
4) They also offer a pipe-only centre section with a 40mm balance X pipe hole for a more aggressive option for those who want it

It’s just sad that they’ve been out since the 6th gen Camaro was new but everyone wanted that bragging name. Corsa is heavy and over priced.
I was ready to love this product because of the look and the sound, but the cigarette lighter NPP made it a no for me, if they fix that part to where it plugs into the stock NPP then this would be one of the best exhaust systems for the 6th gen Camaro's in my opinion.
Thank bro i appreciate your comment. The good thing is they actually do give you the non NPP if don’t want to deal with the cigarette lighter option at all. It will be open all the time. However I do see what you mean how it could be an inconvenience taking that option away from you
Same here man. If they make one that works with the factory NPP I would purchase asap. Hope they’re listening. I’m leaning more towards Stainless Works because of the simple reason it works with factory NPP.

Thanks bro! It’s a great exhaust and get rid of the initial raspiness you get when you add headers to the car. They also come with resonated and non resonated version. I would definitely choose the later. And if you don’t want the NPP functionality they offer that as well if you don’t want their functionality. The only reason I had issue was due to it being 1LE only
I just pulled my npp fuse and it stays in Track all the time.. super easy.. My wife and I took my 1LE to SC from IN and back a couple months ago and it was not too loud at all. Didn't even notice the exhaust, and let me tell you how fun that 1.5 to 2hr mountain drive is through the Blue Ridge Mountains was flat out amazing.. I made sure we were coming and gong on Monday so the traffic would be light and man it was a freakin blast.. I was triple digits for over an hour straight.. only slowing a few times for really tight turns on a few downhill sections.. It was the most fun I've had in my 22 SS 1LE M6 in the nearly 2yrs of owning it.. The car just loves those 90-130mph pulls, it easily does it leaving the car in 5th gear, which is awesome to just ride the torque curve.. I was willing to get a ticket just for the experience but by being alert, and watching my mirrors & surroundings, I only saw one cop and he already had another car stopped..
Hahaha that’s what I’m talking about. Thats exactly what the 1LE is made for. Those mountains drives and pulls!
If you leave the car in track mode Yes, it does go back to touring mode when you start it up, but if you leave it in sport mode, it stays in sport mode
The XForce Varex is the best. I put their system on my boosted 5th Gen. Video is on my channel for those curious what it sounds like on a 5th gen. And for the tunnel cross brace, HALO makes cross braces that clear.

Hey Blueprint ,if u remember in some of ur older videos i told u i got screwed on a 2023 1LE order,the dealership lied and said they had an allocation and didnt ,I took ur advice and just started ordering cars,but i ordered from places that had 2023s in Transit(nobody had Allocations) 2024 ordering just opened. I ordered 5 2SS 1LEs in total,Then sept 7 one of the dealers called me that they got an allocation and it was mine,So my car is now on chevys website in transit going to Bergeys chevrolet in pennyslvania, I appreciate u taking the time to give me some advice and tips in securing one of these "very hard cars to get"

@BLUPRINT1LE yep it was a big stress reliever the day I got that call,I'm into my 8th month in total from wen I originally thought I secured a 2023 that never happened, but from the day I spoke to Bergeys chevrolet of Plymouth meeting pennyslvania which was July 11th ,He took my build and once ordering opened for 2024s it was submitted then on sept 7 he got an allocation and it was mine ,I revised my order to the final way I wanted it and now I'm on the website in transit,so my 2024 in reality happened pretty fast .
@frankie072 yeahhh that’s how it supposed to happen if they have allocation. Sometimes it may be a month or so but longer than that I wouldn’t wait that long. I waited 7-8 months on mine due to constraints.

Kooks headers is nice! If you want to go cheaper I see a lot of people running speed engineering but I never seen them in person

@@22_Oriole_2ss they all give you about the same HP to be honest, it’s more of the build quality and what you feel comfortable paying as for headers. Kooks you can get it ceramic coated while placing your order speed engineering doesn’t come coated and you have to take it to a 3rd party if you want it done.

It looks and sounds great. Thankfully you went to a shop that could fabricate the exhaust. Did they remove the H pipe? The price is amazing especially for what it offers. I would rather they tap in somewhere else besides the Cigarette lighter
Yes they removed the resonator. The good thing is they offer the non resonated and resonated(what’s in film). If they shipped me the non resonated it wouldn’t be an issue. I heard some people did tap the wire into the taillights but I’m not doing it. If i had to the stock headers, it would be direct fit as well. Great product overall
Fun fact about 6th gens with dual mode. You go into the settings manually and change the exhaust mode to track always and the valves never close after any start. I wish I could afford a new system with a dual mode but I don't think I want one I gotta use the power outlet with 😏

I think the fact that this does not plug into the same valve system is a huge miss: borla and corsa uses the stock valve system and doesn't require additional wiring. What if you want to use a radar detector? As for starting the car with the valves open, you could always just pull a fuse or hold the start button for 10 seconds, then put it into snow/ice mode (stealth with valves closed) or track with the valves open.

I agree with your points you make total sense about the radar detector. Luckily I have the radar detector hooked up with another harness so I’m not dependent upon it but I can definitely see that argument. That is one option regarding the valves but sometimes I forget that or tied of doing those steps all the time. I’m actually going to do some pull clips in another video, I just didn’t have time to do it yet

It does, but I don't always want it open. I want it closed sometimes for early morning drives without having to always having the car default to other modes

That's true but I still need the functionality when I come home at night or early in the morning I cant wake up my babies with my car in full track mode all the time. The stock system is great but too many steps to go from stealth to track.

Mine stay open all the time in sport mode 22 1le. I also never drive in touring mode 🤷♂️
I’m saying If I am in track mode, my car will default to Tour mode when i shut it off and start it back up again. But yeah if in sport mode it starts with up louder than tour mode though
Hmm my car stays in whatever mode i leave it in when i turn it off. I switched the engine sound to track. Even on tour mode it doesn’t close.
Try leaving it in track mode, it will definitely change back to your mode. I could pull the fuse but since this catback is sponsored by them I’m not tripping about it

Just got my 2023 1ss (no 1le) (no NPP) would this be my go two exhaust in your opinion or?? Been trying to get a better tone exhaust and deciding what is a pain in the ass 😂. And i dont wanna set the check engine off either.

They don’t recommend it but I heard you can do that. Also if you got a nice cam that chops this will be beneficial. Just remove the resonator. I don’t think it’s needed for this setup

Yup 2023 SS Camaro and I’m honestly not to sure since it wasn’t the quad tips I assumed I didn’t but I might have it
@delogaming156 since you don’t have the quad tips, you don’t have it but I also not sure if you can control the sound before when you change modes. Most people I know have quad tips

A more mild cam is probably better anyway, and we all know Katechs background lol, they know damn well how to make a track weapon. But at the same time if I’m putting thousands into mods, I’d want to feel AND hear it haha. I’ve looked at Katech for my 1LE as well as Pray because they are only like 2 hours away from me. Not sure what I want to do but in the mean time I’ll just watch you dump money into your maro instead lmao.
