Very solid video...you explained basically every question I've ever had about my exhaust system and what I wanted to do with it. Thanks for the effort and the time you put into this
Very informative ... you've "exhausted" all the info on every section. SPOT ON!

Great video & badass Camaro. Subscribed.

Great vid man, appreciate it. Keep on keeping on
Preciate the support! 💯🏁
Knowledge 💣’s!! Cutty just saved me hella time, good lookin!
A company called MRT in plymouth, Michigan makes an aftermarket H-PIPE . Imo is much better than the rest since the others make x pipes.
That was a dope video bro !
Thank you for the explanation!
I bought a 23 2SS. I want a more throaty sound like a ZL1 sound. Any recommendation?
You got my subscription! 🤙

Outstanding information. Thank you.

VERY informative video brother 🤛
Good job on the video man
Appreciate the video, very helpful
Dude we twining. I'm coming to California in my fifty from NY. I swapped an entire LT4 in it! Same corsa exhaust and bunch of other mods!!
IKBAHL damn that’s a drive lol, where ya headed?
That’s what’s about the lt4!! Did you do the full motor swap or the lt4 sc + lt4 fuel? Regardless it sounds badass
Yessir💪🏾💪🏾
Maaaan looking at ya tires i, think it’s about time to get me some new ones 😂💪🏾
😂😂 yeah they be going quick 💨🏁
Right on! Great content.
Awesome info!
Great video 👍
Thank you for sharing brother!
Np, hope it helped ya some!
Solid video!
Thank you 😊 for the info bro
Very helpful thank you
Impressive Video.
Solid info. I certainly appreciate how u break it down. Your like the Neil degrasse Tyson of 6th gen Camaro’s. Lol
Question, where and when did you get your full exhaust, I’m looking for the mid pipe (double helix x-pipe part number 14788 from corsa like the one you have) can’t find it available ANYWHERE! If you are looking to sell yours ever I’d love to buy it or if you have any knowledge or connections with people I’d love to buy one! I already own the axel back corsa extreme just looking for the mid pipe, if I can’t find one I’ll probably just try and get one custom made and copy corsas. Thank you!
Bruh I love this video! Need help still choosing exhaust setup! I have a 20 v8 duel quad tip! I’m looking for a good deep sound! I don’t want anything loud and obnoxious and I still want to maintain the valve! Any suggestions??
I like corsa but maybe borla s type is more of the sound you're saying you want
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for your explanation. I am not a technical person, and I don't know all of the terminology, but you broke it down sooooo easily!
I have a 2018 hot wheels edition rs with the npp. The previous owner did some exhaust mods. The tips still look stock, but they did something, and the car is too loud. It sounds like something a teenager would drive, especially at high RPM's. I'm thinking about going back to stock exhaust, because I don't want all of this attention when I'm driving down the street. But I do like a deep growl even at high RPMs so I am wondering if I should get a different aftermarket exhaust. Do you have any thoughts or opinions? Again I like my sound deep even at high RPMs, the way the car set-up now it screams at high RPMs
The Borla S type would be ideal for u
Great Job !
Thanks really help me
Have a 2014 ss Camaro L99 engine.. was thinking kooks long tube headers and borla exhaust system? What you think? And size of piping?
THANK YOU
What did you do about the valves for the cylinder deactivation valves?
I have a question, you said that if you have quad tips and the suitcase you have an NPP Exhaust. But I had dual tips and the suitcase?
That mean no NPP correct?
That crushed section is definitely a restriction and causes pressure drop which is the back pressure. Apparently Chevy did that to give clearance to differential.
I have a 2022 LT 16.2 L which axle back exhaust. Should I use the one for the SS or the one for the ZL one? Not sure nothing mentioned about the LT one Camaros.
So did you do away with your AFM valves? I don’t see them on your new exhaust system?
What’s a good axle back for my 2016 Chevy Camaro 2ss
Will you pass smog in CA without the secondary cats?
So does the valves run off the stock valve motors and controls?
👍🏾🤜🏾 hey now, what’s the best way to eliminate drone I put the borla attack axle back on my auto 5th gen now getting big drone at 1k rpm and also at 2k. Rpm. Any suggestions. Thanks.
Man that sucks. Borla doesn’t normally have drone issues. You could try a j pipe or a resonator. Some people have success.
Drone is a sound frequency issue, sometimes replacing different parts of your exhaust MIGHT help.
Might consider selling and getting a different brand. Best of luck
I thought this video was lame and pointless at 1st, glad I watched it through though.
I have a 2018 ZL1 that i put a full Borla catback exhaust on and my factory exhaust did not have the afm valves on it.is this normal?great vid and beautiful car
ZL1’s don’t have afm
@@ZtZoomin thanks was just reading up on this!!!! Beautiful car btw
What you doing with your stock exhaust now?
What about drone at highway speeds?
I have a muffler delete on a 1SS, do you think deleting the secondary cats will make a difference in sound?
Yup, if you delete secondary cats it will make your car louder and a little more raspy. Sound will be the same you have now but louder
Dope I have a 2014 Camaro SS WOULD LIKE FOR IT TO SOUND DEEPER AND LOUDER.. …. Suggestion please 🙏 thank u in advance. By the way in Texas.
Get rid of cats
Hey man help me out here. I’m trying to install a electric cutout exhaust and planning to replace it where is the crushed pipes after the afm valves . Will throw any codes? Cause you mentioned that if you wanna cut the exhaust do it after the crushed pipes . Is it gonna be fine if I do replace the crushed pipes with the cutout exhaust?
If you replace the crushed sections *after* the afm valves, you won’t throw any codes
what wheels are those?? Do you know where I can get them in chromo??
Can the mufflers not be tucked up more? I hate seeing them from behind the car
so i want quad tips but on my stock camaro i have dual tips can i still get quad tips if i dont have the npp configuration
Yes. Get the regular quad tip corsa (non npp) and buy a quad tip diffuser to match
X pipes don't add rasp. They take away rasp.
And you will gain top end HP by getting higher flow, (aftermarket) mufflers.
MRT makes an Hpipe for camaro. LOVED MY CAT BACK
Is the sound difference noticeable compared to an x pipe setup
@@BlakeSTX 100% sounds totally better imo than any other system. Deeper and huge pops. Version 3 is a beast. But it is loud on highway cruises and no NPP feature
@@joemama2455 thanks for the response. I’ll have to check it out
I have a 2016 Camaro ss no cats thanking about getting high flow cats is that something I need to do don’t like the smell
Will get rid of smell for the most part. Also will be a little quieter
So won’t make a difference if I buy borla atak cat back and just get axel back and save around $1k ?
Not much of a difference if x pipe doesn’t remove 2nd cats
hey man i have an a8 aswell and i’m looking to do this midpipe with my xtreme axle back does it come with the stuff to plug and connect the afm valves??
No
@@ZtZoomin does it throw a engine light without them?
Yeah
I got a Brand new axleback for $350. Looks just like mbrp
I’m kinda scared man I have the awe track axle back and I’m gonna have catless headers here soon
SS Wes lol that should be excitement. It’s gonna sound nasty! 🤘🏁
If I delete the secondary cats does it throw a code ?
No
You’re allowed to have a v8 in CommieFornia?
Did you ever sell your exhaust system???
Went on to my ZL1
Hey bro! Great videos 🔥
I’m looking to getting a 50th edition as well but I don’t know what’s a good price for one of them in these times..
the one I’m looking at is used 2017 with 31k mileage and they’re asking 35,800
I’m only a part time worker but I’ve saved up a good amount for the the down payment, I just really want to make this count cause of I’ve worked hard to save up
Appreciate any opinions. Thanks! ✊🏼🔥
Hard to say what is a good price. Things vary a lot based on where you live. that price seems a bit high that you mentioned. Also the price of Camaros have gone up roughly 5k+ in the last 6 months. The pandemic has caused the prices to go up, so I think right now is a bad time to buy in general. I know a lot of people selling their car right now because of how much more money people are paying. That’s the best answer I have my man
What tires do you have on that? Do you like them? Good mileage out of them?
dutch971 Conti ExtremeSport’s, I love them. They’re on par with PS4S
ZT Zoomin - Good to know. Thanks!
💯🤘🏁
Sold that exhaust yet?
Yo my ass like a chain on my car I have a 2017 Camaro SS I got a little sound to it now but like I said I need the ground just a little bit. How could I do that? Give me a text back.
🏆🏆🏆🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏆🏆🏆🏆
If California would vote Republican you could have headers!
Not true
We have headers, open exhaust and sometimes no cats in Texas. We get a little freedom before we turn blue.
@@dgvette1 lol there’s blue states without strict smog laws. Nevada for example. Just saying it’s not as simple as blue or red
Why does everyone want louder exhaust? Why can’t I find a quieter system for my camaro? No everyone wants attention, I’m trying to hoon around for real not show off and get pulled over. I need to be taking care of stuff and not be getting witnessed if you know what I mean? So what’s available for the camaro owner that’s not entirely motivated by silly ego? What’s available for a guy who is ok with their dick size?
I can't speak for all applications and all or extreme volumes. But if you drive stick, and rev-match yourself, louder makes it easier to sense the rpms to get where you're going. I had this problem opening and closing a 4th-gen borla once a year around inspection, the car was easier to drive 'open'. I have a loud and a newer quiet Camaro now, and the 'quiet' one is harder to drive.
Fun Fact You Can Have Quad Tips And No NPP If You Just Change The Rear Diffuser Of A Dual Tip, To One With Quad Openings.
Subscribed and love your style Bro!!! I’ve got crazy ZLE & LT4 content coming out from the East Coast!! My hood mod makes a huge difference in cooling and track handling but the new front setup is crazy!
