This is another prove of what lack of development in Abia State has caused. Now, see for yourself that all the houses that encroached along the road were all built within 2007 - 2024 .. if only the past Governors were wiser, they would have made this road double lane since.

In certain areas, a channel is built to direct rain water to go a certain direction. There are no gutters in developed countries. There are no gutters in American cities and highways. Their drainage systems are underground PIPES.
America is a temperate region while this project site is located in a thick rain forest with almost 9 months of torrential rainfall,don't compare apple with oranges please

There are no gutters in developed countries of the world. Gutter is not a drainage system. All that stuff you guys build in nigeria is not a drainage system.
