There's nothing motivating in this place, it seems our governor is not a man of class and high taste. Environmental protection agency needs total overhauling, to reflect their name and meet international standard. They are supposed to make Abia, a state that should be very cosy and environmental friendly. Let us learn from countries like Rwanda, Tanzania and other interesting African countries and cities.
