I had problems engraving (it didn’t engraved at all) the metal envelope inside “card” it seems they weren’t the same material . I bought A LOT from Temu and got so frustrated I didn’t offer them for sale. Maybe try again or not offer engraving in the inside envelope, just in the back of the envelope. I also bought the Roly Lasermatic wide version but is still in the box for 2 months+ I just spend with Covid and neumonhia almost 10 days at home and 13 @ intensive care. Hi 👋 We did it on both the pet tag with Checo and the envelope letter, you only need to de focus if you want that specific look to the engraving, a dark black look.
