Came for the review of the T9, stayed for the tea 😂 Man, I would've been so turned off by that shady behaviour, and I'm glad you were able to see past the language barriers and work out something positive for you and your brand. It's important that consumers out there have a clear understanding of what goes into these reviews and how they can be influenced. I won't be buying the T9s thanks to your impressions (I currently use the much cheaper KZ ZST buds which have been serviceable, but exhibit similar qualities to what you've described). I hope your channel and fanbase grows!
Yeah...I don't like going negative but feel like it's important to be transparent when companies are acting weird. I'm sure there are great people at Xvive but I think they have some work to do on their marketing.

But I suspect they have corrupted lots of so-called “reviewers” all around the world. Those who are “cooking” their reviews like pancakes almost every day. So interested in getting a good pair of IEMs have to be aware.

How good is the external sound reduction/isolation on these? Do they isolate the external sound enough to prevent hearing damage when playing on stage with a full band with drums, etc?

Yes, if you get a good fit they'll be totally adequate for sound isolation. Similar to Shure SE215/425/etc.
