Thank you for this. I'm quite new to sewing and only on my 2nd Top. Neckbands seem my nemesis at the moment. I unpicked one ever so often yesterday. I'll certainly try your method, when i get back to my EaM Everyday Tee on Wednesday.

When I measure I stand the tape measurer in from the edge the amount of the seam allowance.
