Just did it for the first time ever and used your method; it worked so very well, thank you!
Brilliant instructions, not only the neckband but stitch sizes and machine explanations as well. . Thank you very much.
Thank you for the elaborate and exact detailed tutorial, just like how my sewing teacher would explain it too . Great for beginners to learn.

You know..
It is not the exact technique i was looking for the binding, but its a very good one specially if t shirt is allready completed, and I really like your tutorial style. You show everything close up, your camera shows good the stitching process and your information is very detailed. 💪

Thank you, Madam for sharing such useful and practical video!
Thanks for the tutorial, yours is the easiest to follow. Could I somehow do this with a cover stitch machine?
I think that it wouldn't look as pretty with a coverstitch machine because of the stitching on the bottom.
Obrigada! ☺️
Merci beaucoup! thank you very much !
Brutal!! Obrigada! :D
NICE!
you saved me! Thanks!
Glad I could help!
Excellent tutorial! U explained everything so well, and didn't waste any time.
Can this be done to all of the scratchy, overlocked seams in any garment? I have to wear nearly all of my clothes inside-out...sensory issues. Seams hurt 😢
This could be done to all other seams, but I think that for other seams it could be less bulky to sew with french seams with a narrow zigzag stitch.
@@susanacunha9248 thanks so much. Do u have any tutorials about how to cover the scratchy, overlocked seams on garments that are already purchased from factory? They don't do French seams anymore 😪
I'm currently camping, and using a mini sewing machine. No zigzag feature. But I don't have many knits, anyway. It's very rainy here. Knits don't dry well. Am wearing mostly linen or cotton-linen blends...Garments that I've already purchased, but I have to wear inside-out, 4 comfort :(
I am trying to make myself a wrap skirt of linen. Wrap, to avoid inner seams, plus, I'm a horrible at sewing. 🤪 Bobbins despise me, and the feeling is mutual 🤨
Yet somehow, in spite of the damn bobbins, I've managed to make a hooded poncho and a couple of wrap aprons out here! Very difficult, when camping in a muddy place. I'm trying to find a way 2b comfortable, without doing a lot of extra work. It's already so challenging just 2b out here and stay healthy.
Industry does the join on the left shoulder.
Hi. Thanks for video. What is the brand and model of your sewing machine?
Thank you! It's a Pfaff Quilt Expression 4.2
@@SucobySusana thank you 🧡

Do you cover stitch the neckline after the seam binding? I'm trying to figure out how to cover neckband but incorporate coverstitch..
I don't have a coverstitch machine, so I don't do it. But in this case the underside of the coverstitch would be visible, so it wouldn't look so pretty.
What kind of sewing machine is this please
