I am a big fan of this AU. I love a lot of the swaps, but I only have one question. Why isn't Dedede Susie? It fits so well! Big bullies with a heart of gold. Both of them show their affection physically. Both of them are loud and rude. Both start off as antagonists, but slowly morph into heroes. Both are closest to the main protagonists of their respective games. I'm not saying your swap doesn't work, it's just that this one makes plenty sense as well.

it's mainly because bandee is lancer: ddd works better as the king/father figure who appears cold but still loves him deeply, whilst ado is more of the best friend figure
