That old school Nautilus behind them is the same model we had in my old gym. Man I miss that thing. Better than the one they’re using because it’s a center drive so there’s equal tension on both legs.

FASCIA STRETCHING: What do you think of Parrillo's philosophy on such? I see your logic here, but what do you think about holding the bottom stretch of a seated incline dumbell curl, for example? Or leaning all the way back while on your knees after a set of leg extensions?

Just curious:
1. No Unilateral work? Lunges / Split Squats? - I wonder what Hany thinks of these exercises for growth?
2. These days I notice in the UA-camVerse that all the Pros (including this channel) seem to prefer machines over free weights. I understand the innovation on machines have come a long way since the 80s where they are much more ergonomical and adjustable, and maybe even superior to free weights?

@@rezarezacitroenyou wanna make sure your feet is flat to the ground. Specially with heavy weights. A slight distortion from the sole of your shoes can mean an injury or a joint being forced just because your feet isn't flat to the ground.

How comes you start focusing on strength with 20 weeks out? when Chris will be begin prep in roughly 8 weeks. Genuinely curious as to why!
It’s not so much for the Olympia it’s more because Chris has been traveling for like the past 2-3 months non stop, more of an assessment so they can lock in type stuff
