- I thirfted this jewelry box from my local Goodwill for $6.99. In this video tutorial, I walk you through step by step how to blend colors for shading, add an image transfer, and clear coat it with a water based sealer. This type of project is great for beginner painters and also for those who want to flip thirfted items for profit. Don't forget to subscribe :) HUGS and thank you for watching.

Hi AJ. I love this color combo
Ok I liked I subscribed and clicked the little bell. I just found your channel and this video is great. You are a good teacher and I love your finished project. I looked up the video because I was tired of my jewelry box and considered throwing in a yard sale but was wondering if I could try a flip on it and I was not the first to think of this apparently.
Beautiful Amy! XOXO

What are you going to do with locking mechanism you took out? Replace? Where would someone find locking mechanisms for jewelry boxes and things like that?? Thank you Amy.
I just removed the lock cover to paint and then put it back on. It actually still has the working key with it so I got lucky :)
Ugh my eyes are not good right now. When you held it up I see the key hole. Sorry… 🥰
