i think it feels good to see josh losing sovereignty when he has to admit he was simply lying. it takes a bit more than "stretching reality" as he calls it to turn an EODM-audition into a QOTSA-audition. just look at the very first frame of that video, he knows it. makes the man who just needs a few damn notes to write "el rodeo" look so human...... oh and cmon he is still a nice guy, you can almost feel smell how bad he felt in that situation.
