Melanie Maguire so pleased you enjoyed this Melanie. Slydini was my hero, my teacher and mentor. He taught me everything. Such a privilege to learn from him.
I had the grand opportunity to watch many masters at the society of American magician meetings at the Lawson ymca in downtown Chicago. Bob sharp, Ricky jay...and so many othrrs
The Rev. Alexander D. MacPhail Father Alexander, are do you practice the art of magic? I am a Catholic and I'm perform at a couple of restaurants where I live and just got excited to see a Catholic priest commenting on this video.
罗逍然 yesss!!! I'm also really amazed by that. This is why (in my opinion) most people can't execute the move successfully and smoothly. Thus making it original and special as compared to others and that is why he is the legend :)
He's not just checking it, it's part of the trick. He does that to open the pocket as much as possible so he can put it in there later. Really creative sleight of hand.
One of the greatest ever. How could you not love him!?
+Eric Bailey slydini was a genius
wayyyy ahead of his time
Love this trick and Slydini is the maestro at it. Thanks for the upload.

This is what it looks like when Masters of Misdirection show off their skills.... Amazing...
I love this clip vs others because not all goes to plan, and he has to improvise a bit.

The MASTER!!!
It's not often it's an honour to be made to look stupid!
Is that spectator Michael Ammar?!!
no i don't think so
HAHAAHAHAH THIS IS GENIUS!!!!!!!!
this trick is very easy to understand.
only one thing mr slydini was god.(still)
then he became the bad guy in green lantern
Great deception but how didn't he hear the balls drop
+Daz Burnside No, as he uses very thin tissue paper you don't here anything especially if there is some room noise or music.
Omg he failed but he got away with it.
i'd put it 'but he found his way to make the routine as good as planned'
罗逍然 yep
and it wonders me that every time he actually CHECKED (appearing casual but of course not..) the pocket that he was going to work with
