it actually makes more sense for them to use plastic for that price its hecka cheapo compared to other quality mechanical keyboards with red keys

I'm torn between this keyboard and the TVS gold... I'm not a huge fan of the RGB colours and fonts on this one but TVs gold is a little too old and compromises in a lot of places, on top of that I really want to try out mechanical keyboards... my use case is typing and not gaming. What would you recommend?
It's upto your work preferences and personal choices.
If your typing involves a lot of numbers then I would recommend getting a full size mechanical keyboard.
As this one doesn't have the number row.
I would suggest This keyboard the CB-GK-18 as it comes with linear Reds which feel and sound amazing for typing and gaming. I am a programmer so I can assure you that you won't regret this purchase

I bought it.
The thing is that the keys are normal sized but if you used a full sized office keyboard then you might have some problem touch typing on day 1 or 2 as the keys are very easy to press and they are just a wee bit closer
Which one is good CB GK 16 with Blue switches or CB GK 18 with red? After watching many videos I liked the sound of blue switches ( the clicky sound ) and found out that red keys are very silent. Are Red keys actually silent or we have atleast some tactility for getting that mechanical feel?
Red switches are much more silent or less noisy when compared to a blue switch keyboard.
Blue switches are most clicky ones. If you like or want that, then go for that. But I earlier have used a blue switch keyboard which was very annoying for gaming at night that's why I got red switches this time. And I am really happy about it.
These red ones definitely give you the exact feel of mechanical keyboard but without that immense amount of noise.

@@gtneo242 the mx silver speeds are good for faster typing. Blues are useless tbh higher actuation force needed for registration. Red are over-all good for gaming as well are normal coding.

we need more TKL keyboard here in India under 2k price..be it mechanical, be it chiclet, be it membrane...other than accounting no body needs numpad.
I don't think key caps are expensive in India. There are other good websites available other than amazon.

GK- 16= Blue switches ( louder/more clicky)
GK- 18= Red Switches ( Less noise/ a bit softer keys)

Haha I am very excited but not really my first one, I tried another one few years back. It was with blue switches & the RGB lights on that was too distracting that's why I returned it back then haha

But i saw a review and it didn't had elevator / stand ( the thing behind keyboard which kinda elevated it )
For me it was a deal breaker bcz i kinda developed a habit of elevated keyboard
So after watching many reviews o decided gk 18
U can go for gk23 if u don't mind the problem i mentioned
@@norm9488 I actually returned, there are many issues with the keyboard. Both units that I received were faulty specially the Type C connector.

After a while tab and shift do not respond on every click sometime letter R do not respond every time

I don't see or felt any issues like that although I have seen people saying this in the reviews. Let me use the keyboard for a lil longer I will share my whole experience in a review or something

Yeah the Stabilizers in this keyboard are really bad tbh especially spacebar. You can mod if you can de-solder and solder keys it again lol that's a pain though. But for the price you are paying its somewhat do-able.

I have the blue switch model
There isn't any rocket science behind this just don't bash the keyboard into a wall and it will last you a couple hundred years.
Just regularly clean the keyboard and try not spilling anything on it and maybe keep it on the desk only and pretty much nothing will happen to it.
It's a solid chunk of metal and hard plastic after all.
