Great stuff… 80% of my algo knowledge base I have got is from you. Thanks a lot.
It will be great if you can focus on Backtest vs actual results (not forward testing) in Buying side strategies. As you know in Algotest - data is only on 1 minute intervals while in actual trading it’s twice price change per second. So stop loss hit is continuous n its not visible on backtest. It will be great if you can throw some lights on these issues.

Sir, Option buying strategy me 5 sec frequency is very big. It's not updating SL order properly so profits are very less compared to the backrest result.

Sir I tested nifty on 21mar 24 on forward test on 4 re entry on 10 % sl it gives -4300 but in backtest only - 1065 with very less trade how this much diffeence
Jb market me momentum jyada hota hai TB hota hai aesa .... Ye sb algo ka part hai bro
But this is huge difference it will ruin the credibility of back test result
Credibility to effect hogi hi .... Pr backrest me kbhi kbhi profit bhi jyada hota hai ... Aap ye dekho kya algo koi glt order to punch nhi kr rha .... Aap same day baith ke sare order ko verify kro ... Aese hi paise bante hai .....
