you should do this eyeliner/shadow combo more often. it looks alot fresher and younger than black eyeliner on the waterline i feel. black on the waterline looks harsh on most people. PRETTY :)

Use Greensmoke over a white or super light nude base (NYX's Milk pencil is a good one). Otherwise it just looks grey and a little shimmery, but not really green at all. It's not one of MAC's better shadows.
