2025 Louisiana Crawfish Season Looking Promising

After last year’s drought nearly derailed the 2024 crawfish season, Louisiana farmers are optimistic about 2025. With improved rainfall and favorable conditions, producers are already seeing young crawfish in their ponds. LSU AgCenter correspondent Craig Gautreaux travels to crawfish country to check in with farmers and see for himself.
