You're paying them to do so. It's not out of the kindness of their hearts. I'm not saying bering isn't awesome, but it's their responsibility to do what is necessary to build the boat.
I messaged on bering channel months ago that if they just let the camera go raw unedited they might get a million subscribers no other builder gives access I don't need audio every time this is true professionals at work thanks Victoria and Rico!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The talent and coordination that has gone into this build is astounding to a lay person like myself. I cannot wait to see this boat finished, you two must be giddy with excitement being this much closer to the end.

Great time lapse video! Building a steel hull boat takes a lot of pieces and labor, but it will last for many many years, you made a good choice going with Bering.
@@tropicthndruh….That’s one bet that I most definitely wouldn’t be making. As tough as she is, she’s still less than 100’, and that alone is more than enough to make her highly vulnerable. I think she could survive a powerful hurricane, but that’s because of the efforts that would be utilised by her owner/operators, as they’re both very smart when it comes to boats. There’s been plenty of larger, much stronger boats than this that have been completely destroyed by hurricanes. The efforts made by a competent crew are essential to get the boat through to the other end of a hurricane.
What a brilliant video! The hull looked absolutely massive and there must have been a few twitchy bums around when the crane had the hull in the air waiting to turn it the right way up. Once the superstructure was in place it looked really gigantic! It will be such a beautiful yacht when finished, especially with all the detailed design input from the two of you. The excitement is certainly building. Well done.
Thank you for this facinating video today when I needed the distraction from dealing with my very painful leg wounds. I'm seriously grateful. I just wish it lasted longer.

WOW! That is amazing to see it go from a skeleton to taking the from a Yacht. The crane work was truly precision. I'm happy for you two to see your dream coming together. 😊
It’s just amazing to see this time lapse of the building or your yacht. I am so looking forward to seeing it finished. I can’t begin to understand how you two are feeling, since it’s your boat. I love being along for the ride.
Been a subscriber since the beginning, and this was a fascinating recap. Very interested in seeing all the future progress, sea trials, and first voyage. Congratulations!!
That was by far the best vid you guys have ever made. I never lost interest and watched the whole vid at the same speed and never starting hitting skip. Awesome job. :)
I wish I had done this when building my last two boats, only have photos but a time lapse is so much better. She must be much further on than this by now want to see more!
i find the whole build process pretty incredible, its amazing to see a hull build upside down, makes a lot of sense, but having to flip it by crane looks very demanding and a tad precarious, especially lifting from one side which i think shows the strength of the hull, you would think Baring might have made a cradle that can be mounted like a rotisserie, but then cranes are still required to lift on the aluminium superstructure - it quite a feet of engineering, make do and overcome - great work they do and thanks NautiGuys for sharing this epic story
Great video! The flip is awesome to watch. Now for the 2nd/final time lapse. An hour long video ending with you 2 cruising off into the sunset with your new Bering yacht!
So far, so good! I know you guys will be so excited when it’s all done! I know we are excited to see it being built, I can only imagine how you both must feel! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you!
Its so amazing all the work that goes into building a Bearing. Im curious why no gantry crane in 1st building. Alot of time saved instead of mobile crane. But overall its preety awesome to see process from start to now cant wait to see from now till the end
They probably aren’t really saving time with a gantry crane over a couple mobile cranes that can service different vessels of different sizes and types in that building at the same time
Ricco picked the right music for this video... good job Ricco. Hey Jason and Nikki's boat is almost done.. i suggested to them that they invite you 2 to do a proper tour of the boat ;-)
It's crazy to think of the evolutionary process that will make the final product a top notch dinghy (joke). From Berings experience in building a comfortable, hardy and dependable vessel. To your guys input born of a different aspect of spending years in the hospitality side of yachting. To having an understanding of dimensions and demands due to touring hundreds of ships. To input from friends and associates. To the design team you brought on board. To...to...etc. Building a top notch product that's more than fit for purpose is beautiful to see and most people just don't realize what goes into it. Research, experience, consultations, managing expectations, going over plans till your eyeballs just about fall out of your head, even just managing clear lines of communication. Yikes! I've built and managed some impressive projects but nothing that floats and crosses oceans. And this is all fascinating to me. Thanks for taking us along on your crazy ride!
Great update on the progress guys. I hope we get to see how the outside welds are "removed" before paint. I am always impressed by the smooth 12:56 surface on metal/aluminum yachts when finished.
Such skilled design and build artisans. Very impressive professionals at Bering. Fantastic video of the process. I began watching your videos during COVID and it was one of positive things to come out of that period. Would not miss any of your updates and videos from NautiStyles.
I'm so glad you shared your experience of your ship being made, and I'm sitting on edge of my seat waiting to see it finished and running. I know you both will have smiles ear to ear.. please let us see it all. Love you two, and glad for your experience. You 2 are headed for some real experiences. Fun for sure.
That looks indestructible, that hull looks like it could last for 100 years, my question is how do you weld or attach the aluminum superstructure to the steel hull? that wasn't shown very clearly.
